Not Gazzy but also based in London. I get the feeling that there is a lot of frustration with how this is playing out. We're in a bad situation where the vote is almost certainly going to be rejecting the deal and TM is being expected to go to Europe, negotiate a better deal and be back within 3 days which just isn't realistic.
A no deal Brexit was always going to be a strong possibility following the referendum. Europe is strongly disincentivized against offering us a good deal otherwise other states will look to leave if they feel they're having a bad time of it.
From a professional point of view in banking - a lot of bank are getting their duck in a line with regards to their European operations. The US banks with large presences here are asking a lot of people to relocate to Europe (Paris, Frankfurt, Luxembourg etc) but are not extending travel support past 6 months, some even less. That means people are having to either move their entire family to their new job location or eat the travel costs themselves.
There is further annoyance from those in politics claiming that they could have done better in the negotiations. Whoever was leading these talks was going to be suffering the same problems with the EU the current team have dealt with while having absolutely no support at home. The EU were probably laughing when we couldn't even decide on what we want or present a united front so they had us over a barrel.
tl;dr - Both the leave and remain sides lied/withheld information during the campaigns. No-one is getting what they thought they voted for. Lots of frustration.
