Meh, definitely not going to go into detail for someone I don't know. So I'll say GL, but I think it's good to know to maybe rethink things if you think they're good, because they're certainly not.

After 1k hands I thought I was gonna make fkn millions today, after 1800 hands I thought I was gonna be busto. Took a break and rallied well. From 4800 hands onwards I was playing 50nl HU $10 CAP, about even in the end, not something I'll ever do again.

Only a couple of hands...

Think this is fine, not sure if I should be folding the turn or even calling the river?

Despite a topsy turvy day, pretty happy with the end $. +$1755 for the month. Not bad considering things are "certainly not good" Roll at $1703 and 55,030 fpps (a good haul today!).

As a sidenote, I did a live sweat today with Mateo94, despite it only being an hour long it was really interesting stuff. If/when he gets into coaching, I would defo recommend him!

Added you Sifi. LeP, you're right, sizing should be bigger OTT. My sizing isn't great (thats what she said), something that I need to work on. The plan was to bet/call most rivers, and overbet/shove Ax rivers.

Today's graph... hell of a swingy day...

I didn't play well today at all. I was bluffing too much and calling down far too light. Very lucky to not be stuck a ton for the day, and very lucky to have a modest profit to show for it. Some of the hands are just ridiculously bad (the A4 one in particular), but no shame in posting them; I was tilting my a$$ off!

Before the tilt ensued. I rep the nuts pretty well here I think, especially with little FE.

Just finished a 2nd session of the day. Gruelling and borderline carnage, but back in black at least. When I started the session my PokerStars balance was $2049. When I ended it my balance was $2068 ($19 profit woo). I played HUD-less, but when I logged into HEM after the session the graph is saying I'm down $73.94!!! This will affect my overall graph for the month, can anyone tell me why it's doing this, and how to fix it? $5 in it for you!

                The (incorrect) graph...

Even tho the end figs are wrong, it was as swingy as it looked, and I spent almost 100% of it in the red. Happy to be back to where I was at the start of it. On the plus side, 62,647 fpps now. If someone can advise me on the 1st paragrpah I'd be very grateful!

Anyone able to help me with the above quandry? I 100000% defo made a profit, so not sure why my graph says -$79ish. Do I need to re-import hands or something?

Played a yearly live donkament today, fkn hate live poker. 100/200 blinds, 25k starting stack, lost a big pot on the very first hand with AK vs 83 on an AK8x8 board, and then with about 20k some guy 3bet jams with 77 bs my AA and gets there. Good fun but my god people suck. Doubt I'll play online today, the gf is wanting to do something tonight.

On a personal note, about 2 years ago I clocked in at a whopping 17.5 stone. I worked my back side off and lost a ton of weight, but this year I've been lazy and sloppy and put a bit back on. Going to Berlin in 28 days with my mate (who's built like a tank), gotta shift this gut as best as I can before then!!

Plugged in to play a bit of Zoom PLO last night (I dabble from time to time) and dropped a few BIs. Switched to HUNLHE Zoom and dropped a few more. Before I knew it my BR was sitting at $1200 and I had the fear big time. Switched to 6max zoom and, after dropping a few BIs in the beginning, I absolutely crushed it like never before.

The graph (not sure if it includes the HU zoom, it definitely doesn't include the PLO).

Even though the graph says I'm +$600 for the night, I'm break even at best. Because the PLO losses aren't in the graph, it makes it look alot sexier for the month. Two quick things I wanna say... firstly, I'm glad losing $8/900 and grinding it back happened tonight; I felt a bit of tilt creeping in over the last couple of sessions, but I know it won't be there next time I play now. Secondly, I knew how much I was down tonight and I knew how much I needed to win to get back to even. Even though it was a huge amount it didn't phase me. Next time I play I'm going to try and get into the same mindset of "right, you NEED to make $750 this session." I don't think that makes sense what I mean, but I know what I'm trying to say lol.

It's 9am UK time, think I deserve some sleep.

Stick to your game of choice - trust me
Also, personally the "I have to make x$$ this session" mindset never worked for me. Because sometimes there are just session where however good you play, it is just not happening for you. It took me ages to set my goal in volume rather than money, but for me it works better this way - I am way more tilt-resistent now, because I stopped checking my results during the session to see how much I am up/down.
But yeah, thats personal taste I guess.

                That's a stupid mindset.

Don't really have to explain why in a game that has alot to do with luck.

Definitely not going to deviate from the game of choice any more, PLO is a mindfk. I read all the time that you should never look at your cashier while you're playing, but I have it on screen 100% of the time. It doesn't tilt or affect me, I just like to know where I'm at all the time. I don't think I'm gonna set a goal in terms of how much $, but last night when I was stuck a bunch it was a mindset of "right, $50 won back, let's go, more more more!" I'd like to try and take that into a session from the start, not when I'm down a small fortune.

The above is all irrelevant, as I'm gonna ship the SCOOP ME today

I never shipped the main unfortunately; lost a 300bb pot after 3 hours with the nut straight vs the nut flush. He had it, I knew he had it, everyone at the table knew he had it, but I just couldn't fold. A disappointing SCOOP for me, played about 9 events and not a single cash.

Good day results wise, not so good play wise, at least for the first half. Back to my usual setup with HEM running, 4 zoom tables on the external screen and 2 regular tables on the laptop. About 2 hours in I just wasn't feeling it at all, so shut down HEM and played 10 (4 zoom and 6 reg) tables HUDless. It seemed to take all the thought process out of it and I was able to win a ****load of $, which is the main thing. Done for the day, and back to normal setup tomorrow. The graph...

No hands today (I had a few HHs ready to be converted but forgot to save the Notepad doc before I restarted my PC). I made 2 royals today and one extremely weird thing happened at the end of my session. I was in the BB with KK, folds round to the SB who, after about 10 seconds, types "QQ" into the chatbox and 3x's it. I 3bet ripped, and he snapped it off with... QQ! Dafuq?

One of my royals today was from the BB vs BTN. The board was 8x10JQKssss. I x/r the river but before I raised I wrote in the chatbox "sure hope you don't have the royal flush lol"... never worked!

After some SCOOP and ZOOM losses last night (minimal), the roll is at $2011 and 76,944 fpps. Think I made like 6k fpps today, not bad. Zoom and regular tables profit is at $2762 for the month. Wish I hadn't played any MTTs/PLO

Meh the pot was like $5, there was no harm in trying.

A very quick update with a funny hand. Quick hour session tonight, nothing interesting, +1BI. My TableNinja wouldn't load for some reason, couldn't get on to the website, so I just bit the bullet and downloaded a trial for TN2. Set up all my hotkeys, A for check, S for call, F for fold. I wasn't used to the software and was trying to get used to it in play. Villain is a 50nl zoom reg. Pre is obviously a misclick with the mouse. When he bets the flop I try to type "misclick" in the chatbox and fold (don't ask me why, I just need for people to know when I've misclicked), but the S makes me call. The turn goes x/x and OTR when he bets I try to type in the chatbox again "misclick pre and on the flop fml" or something, and TN2 makes me call. Suit Up! R65, if you're reading this, misclick buddy!

This is beyond ******ed, doing this after the hand is also bad, but saying something during the hand makes 0 sense
