Tried to get into grind mode today but I'm just not up to it. Not only am I very hungover but I'm physically exhausted; my football team (Motherwell) needed to beat their rivals today to finish 2nd in the league (a big achievement). We scored in the last seconds and I went skitzo. Helped all the more that I made £225 on it
Was quite a spewy session, stacked off w KQ BVB vs K6 on a K6xdd board. Fortunate to make a profit I think. Gonna play the SCOOP, determined to make the 2nd day in either of em! Some quick hands...
Busted both SCOOPS, nearly made the $ in the 2nd one, but ran a horrible three street bluff that was never gonna get through to crash and burn. I blame it on fatigue. Won about $40 on Zoom during this but quit after about 500 hands as I was too tired to grind.
Not a bad day, absolutely delighted to have made some profit, considering how long I spent in the red. Sat for about 7/8 straight hours today without a break, and really enjoyed it.
For the month so far...
My lines look a bit weird, spose the only one that matters is $1k to the good! Some hands from today...
Villain is a good reg, not sure why he takes this line.
Preflop: Hero is MP with K K
Hero raises to $1.50, 3 folds, BB raises to $3.50, Hero raises to $11, BB raises to $50.76 and is all-in, Hero calls $39.76
Flop: ($101.77) 3 5 J (2 players, 1 is all-in) Turn: ($101.77) 2 (2 players, 1 is all-in) River: ($101.77) K (2 players, 1 is all-in)
Spoiler:
Results: $101.77 pot ($2.50 rake)
Final Board: 3 5 J 2 K
Hero showed K K and won $99.27 ($48.51 net)
BB showed A A and lost (-$50.76 net)
Got a few hours in this evening, so glad I did. Overall graph for the day...
No hands, just a quick update. Roll at $2017 (past 2k, fk yeah!), 48,206 fpps and $1255.01 Zoom profit for the month. Gonna play the $109 SCOOP tomorrow night. Feeling good about the pokerz right now!

haha, just checked my db, you're the player who i've taken the 5th most amount of $$$ from this year . not that really means much, just means i've flipped better than you a few times. i'm losing against some of the worst 50nl 6max zoomers tho so haha, meaningless stat.

glgl buddy.
Ahaha thanks for that! What's your SN? PM me if you don't want outed. Also, how the hell do I see that for myself in HEM? Would be keen to see just how much $ I've taken off of certain people...
Played a few hands with you at zoom - I'm GInTheorem. You put in way more volume than I do though. GL at the tables except against me.
Just noticed this, ty. Gl to you too(except vs me obviously ).
Today's graph...
Struggling to get the volume I was getting last month. I think it is because last month I was a) not playing well and b) having tilt issues, meaning I wasn't winning and it's easy to put the volume in to get back to even. This month though if I'm up $200 for the day after only 2k hands, it's easy to just finish. I'm chasing these VPP bonuses, so will need to try and up the volume, regardless of results! Some hands from today...
Weird line from a reg, I thought he was full of it OTT, hence the flat.
My bankroll took a hit lately, but I still have like 60k FPPs.. Do you think I should take the like 800$ in bonusses, or drop down and save the FPPs for the Supernova €1150 bonusses? (93.5k each) when I hit SN ?
How much of a hit? And what's your BR now? If it were me I'd buy the bonuses and stay at 50nl as the thought of grinding 25nl makes me wanna cry. Up to you though Mr Waffle!
Busted the $11 and $109 SCOOP. $11 was a short-stack 3bet jam w A4o and the $109 was a 20bb call w 88 vs KK. Blocked MTTs off from the client again, back to Zoom tomorrow!
A very mehh day today. Wasn't feeling it at all. Blocked myself for 12 hours so as to take a little break. I bluffed well today but was calling down super light, just not in the right frame of mind. The graph...
Would like some advice on this hand. Flop the nuts, what's the best way to get paid? Wp, or flat the flop x/r? I 3bet coz I don't want a tricky turn spot with the board pairing or a killing my action.
Roll is at $1570 (cashed out $690), the 100nl shot will have to wait. Zoom profit for the month is $1620, and 51,847 fpps.
On a personal note, due to my successful sports bet mentioned a few days ago and my recent cashout, I've paid a big chunk of my debts off. Still a long way to go, but will feel good when I'm debt free in a few months
BornToRun, do us a wee favour mate... when commenting on hands, could you kindly go into detail about why you feel the hand isn't as good as it could be, or refrain from posting one liners like that? Ty
I think the KQss hand is fine. usually i think flatting IP is best, but since we block every bluffing combo villain can have we might as well try and get the money in now. So that we dont have to deal with action killers/paired board.
J9s your sizing is off imo. Raise flop bigger (at least 18,5) so you can shove turn.
h3:
with the passive fish in the pot it wouldnt make sense for you to check a big hand here. You just wanna bet and get 3 big streets. So you kinda are FOS ott. Probably had the best hand.
