I can't answer that WD question right now as I cant make decisions for other people. When I wrote what I wrote I was under the impression of that was what that was going to happen. Taking no position on whether or not you have in fact been defamed maybe it's in your best interests to focus on the business aspect and stop feeding into this cycle of negativity. There is a local blogger from the Lehigh Valley in PA that won a judgement for online defamation a little over a year ago and he has spent a massive amount of time and energy pursuing this with nothing in the way of a payout as of yet and this in my opinion was a very clear cut case of defamation where the blogger was labeled a pedophile, tax evader, pig kicker, and burglar by his nemesis.

The 1.0 will be semi-functioning and will show the world what Ive been working on for 17 months (4 of those months I was busto and in stand-by, but my mind never stopped wondering and creating).

{Failed, Im still at like 205, had a tough eating month, but I will get sub 200 before my 6 months goal } Break 200 pounds (**** it Im going for it!) (I started 1/1/5 at 240, so losing 34 pounds in three months has been exciting).

Hi Hank Ill take into account on what you're saying. If you stick around for the rest of the week u will see some things that will make more sense.

I understand suing someone is expensive and time consuming, but Im lucky in a sense they are out of the States, in countries where the process is much simpler. I do very well in developing countries and TL has strict laws on what PS has violated (inb4 someone tells me TL is 1st world, maybe BK but not the core structure, money talks and when you are on the right side of justice, things are easier to navigate).

Ok was sure I had my exercise goals on there but got to 279 when the trolling chaos started so gave up.

I biked 25 miles and walked over 100. I was a walking fool. Like I said before I process ideas and information best when Im walking, especially by the beach or in a natural setting...
