Im governmental partners in Colombia with - Proexport, Valledupar city, Cesar department tourism office. I also have a partnership within a central American government.

I have had to work part time jobs because my personal bills are like 3k a month and my business expenses are 2K. Im bleeding 5K a month as my revenue is under $500 a month at this point. I had my remaining money put into several rolls that would allow me to pay my bills and have time to develop my business.

Even though I have a budget I needed to get extra money to pay for my bills like food, weed, gas and other little things instead of dipping into my money to shorten my time in like September. Its common for business owners to bootstrap during different stages of development, this is a fact in the business world.

I have not taking money from outside contacts or connections as I didnt have the proper traction. I do now and Im bringing money on that is allowing me to travel, make deals, complete productions, Ive went over this the last week.

I rent on Airnb which is common in my building. Ton of different apartments do it here. It happens in other places. No one cares as they long as they get their rent check, which they do.

It's common in the UK as well ( I'm UK sexpat!) , but it's the actual owners who do it. Although I'm not aware of American tenancy laws, I would be surprised if a landlord would rent you a place at a monthly rate, and let you rent it out for a daily (and more wear and tear) rate.

Here it happens with both tenants and owners, owners don't care because they still have their tenants security deposit in case anything goes wrong plus an eviction in SD would make life really hard on a renter. I don't know about the rest of the argument but in this case you seem pretty clueless.

Well if a landlord thinks it's more profitable to use AirBnB then they can, some landlords don't want to deal with it so they rent to a traditional tenant. They can also put a clause in that short term sub letting or any sub letting is forbidden.
