You don't imply that you work on improving your technical or mental game at all. It is clear you do not have the skills to win in games at this time. That does not mean you can't obtain such skills. You have to put in work off the table to become a winner, everyone does. It takes a lot of time working off the table to become a consistent winning player.

Instead of depositing again, use the money to join a training site like Run It Once or PLO Mastermind. Be patient and over your couple month break, spend time every day on improving.

You want an honest opinion? Quit playing. You are a gambling addict. If you can afford it, then by all means keep playing but you said yourself you are on welfare. Put energy and focus into getting a well paying job vs grinding up micro stakes (which from your post history you are unable to do).

Not trying to rag on you at all, but the signs are obvious. Quit playing poker ASAP and improve yourself and maybe revisit somewhere down the line.

You post fairly regularly in the plo forums and other fora here. I don't recall a single post by you that demonstrated any understanding of the game. You struggle with the simplest concepts and the math behind them.

By your own posts you lack the discipline to succeed even if you had the knowledge and skills.

If you do want to get better, learn some basic math. Probability, combinatorics, and algebra. Learning that will require study and discipline. Good start to developing poker skills.

Get on to the lowest possible stakes and grind until you can show a decent winrate over a statistically meaningful number of hands. The stakes will not give you the adrenaline rush you crave, so this is again a test of discipline. If you cannot do that, accept you are simply a gambler and either quit or play for fun.

On SwC poker you can deposit a few $$$ and play super microstakes against the worst players on the net. If you cannot win there you cannot win anywhere. Good luck.
