I decided to join 2+2 and get some feedback,
So where should I start back up again?
What should I do different in your opinion.
Here is my story; I'm a live player,
Recently I haven't been GRINDING, I've been slacking and GAMBLING. And when I mean gambling- Trying to win fast money, dumping holdem profit in casino house games(BJ, ROULETTE)Even sports. Kind of a DEGEN.
So within the last couple of sess's;
I sit down at 1/2 c.g, cash out 1400. after an 9 hour session, didn't go home. Sit down at 500nl within 30 hands no jk, I ran AA's preflop into jacks and got cracked for 2k pot. And then Pairs vs Pairs and lose as fav. Just getting super unlucky in the best situtions you hope for. OBv some karma for being so greedy. No point of saying every hand, you get the point. can't say I was playing bad just mad a wrong decision by moving up stakes after a decent session at 1/2. So at the end of the night I remember dumped all the profits and ended up being down extra 600.
Next week I win a 75 dollar sng 1st for 1.5k ish. I left home right away. put it in my bank acc. next mourn. *pad on my back*
But then the next day I see myself at the casino playing BJ, after I dumped two full buyins at 1/2. Guess I didn't feel like waiting no more.
Ended up losing 1k that night. WTF.
After that I've just been playing so impatient and in a rush to win. I've been playing so much BJ, casino houses. And I say to myself all the time no BJ, no BJ, see myself at the tbl's lol.
Then after losing to the house in BJ. I see myself playing underrolled at c.g's in poker. WTF EH.
So I thought this has to stop befre I keep repeating history and screw myself up big time. My break has begon from any serious action, that means no casino poker sng's or c.g's, or cash games period.
I think am starting to become a degen. gross.
And its getting out of control.
How do you suggest I come back at it again.
I feel like I should take the remander of the year off till the next yr. before I start grinding again.
should I keep my bankroll seperate from tourneys and cash game.......
Start @ 1/2# proper volume, time, sessions, schedule, Bank roll management?????????
