So my plan is to start building a bankroll on Bovada. I have been depositing 20$ in my account here and there and then tilting and just losing it all. I want to seriously do this and I think my skill level is good enough. My question is what software should I use for Bovada? And also hoe much should my initial deposit be? Is it ok to start grinding 1 dollar sit n gos? Or should I mainly play cash or mtts? These may sound like dumb questions. Any input would be appreciated

These are dumb questions.

Bovada only has 1 software type afaik

What you grind is based on your BR, income, and if your playing for fun or profit. You shouldn't expect strangers on a forum to answer those questions.

What you deposit is based on what you grind

I'd go with $40 minimum for $1 SNGs. Not a SNG player personally. Other than that playing microstakes cash and learning as a player. Bovada doesn't allow HUDs, other than current session trackers that work off chat box.

Basic BR managements = 80 buy ins for MTTs, 40 buy ins for SNG, 20 for cash. Those are aggressive too, more if you are a marginal winner. No bankroll will be large enough if you are bad, you will keep losing forever.

Google 'Holdem Indicator' if your looking for a HUD. Its around $100 for a lifetime membership. Just know that Bovada does not have SNs, so the stats on your opponents will only be for that session. gl.

I wouldn't keep depositing $20 at a time. If you're going to do that you might as well deposit somewhere between $50-$100 and start with SNGs or 6M 2NL. What you play depends on your skill level and what you're trying to accomplish. Whatever you decide, make sure you start low and work your way up instead of playing whatever you can afford because you'll easily go busto if you play higher than your skill level. Good luck!
