Umm, I have no idea actually... I think a provisional drivers license is for any vehicle type but I might be wrong... Then I think it's different for full licenses

Oh ok, guess that's a pretty different system
in germany you get just one license after your test but you'll be on probation for 2 years which essentially means you'll be facing higher penaltiesdriving 2x the speed limit
