Done quite a bit of volume today (and last night... still not slept and its 7:18am lol), but nothing to really show for it..

Done 6782 hands with a profit of $1.81 at NL5 lol... I don't think I've been playing badly, just the cards haven't really been falling my way..

I guess everyone has these days where they just cant seem to make any profit

I have just read through all of this thread and it makes for a good read. SarahDoll good luck to achieving your goal.
And I think some of the people that have commented on this thread about you wanting to get a boob job need to grow up, its your decison and if that's what you want then why not each to the own and all that.

I'm glad you enjoyed reading it Even though it's not been going too great lately, I think if it wasn't for having the thread to bitch and moan in, I'd probably have cashed out already lol

Yeh I guess the thread spurs you on knowing that other players are interested in how you are doing. In poker you have your ups and downs but you have to be persistant and get through the bad times. Keep up the good work if you don't mind me asking where abouts in the UK are you from?

I like to start adding tables 1 or 2 of the new stake at a time. So if you play 8 tables and you're playing NL10 I would start with 4 or 5 NL10 tables and one juicy looking NL25 table. Because you're only looking for one table at the higher stake don't settle for anything less than a really good table, and if table conditions change, leave and find a new one.

Then just start adding NL25 tables as you get more comfortable until you're back up to 8 (or whatever you like to play), then start dropping the lower stake altogether. In this way your winnings from the lower stake can offset your losses at the 1 or 2 tables of the higher stake a bit and you can cross-check to make sure that your bet-sizing and play hasn't changed.

      Good luck.

My bankroll is $205.99 now (I originally deposited $250), but considering at my low point I was down to $80ish, I guess at least it's going in the right direction again..

Here's a graph of the month to date since I've not posted one in a while:

Nice Job! Keep it up. It was cool seeing that hand in Boom earlier.
Again, don't worry too much about your red-line. I think it is better to correct a slightly falling-too-much red line than to develop habits causing it to be a strongly rising red line to the detriment of your blue and green lines!

Whichever mod it was who cleaned up the thread.. Thank you!

Back on topic... Today I need to go into uni for my progress review meeting, where I'll get a copy of my transcript and stuff... Then once I get home I plan to try get a few thousand hands done and also going to review the last few sessions and see if I can figure out why my red line is getting kinda bad lately.. It used to be fairly static but recently it's been going down quite a bit so got to try figure out why..

I think it may be because I've been playing much tighter lately and not defending my blinds quite so much..

Ummm there's something amiss here. GL with your goal, but I made a flippant comment/joke that got removed, which makes me think there's more to truth to my 'joke' than I realised. Why would you hide this Sarah?

I wish this thread would keep going too. I was following it because Sarah was playing the same limits as me and having similar problems like me. However it's the strange 'lie' I don't like. Like I said whatever...

So what exactly have I lied about? My name is Sarah. I'm 25. I live in Birmingham... Where exactly are the lies?

        Spoiler:

Do you really have nothing better to do than to **** up someone's thread?
