Also part about you playing 21h straight is pretty cool, I would say basically noone does this
Umm, I started about 4 years ago after a friend telling me that he lives on playing poker... I read about the hand rankings and things then had a go at it, playing NL10 on stars... Within a couple of days I lost about $100 and then started watching videos, learning about bankroll management, etc..
I spent a few years grinding bankrolls from like $40, then having to cash it out whenever it'd get over $100 because I was unemployed at the time and struggling financially... Late last year I decided to make another deposit, since money isn't as much of a problem anymore, and put $100 on there which I grinded up to about $500 before I had some runbad and lost my confidence and cashed it out at around $300.
I'm not really sure why cash games over MTT's/SnG's.. I've tried grinding MTT's and SnG's but just never been very successful at them.. Most of the success I've had (Although compared to some of you, the small amount I've made is nothing!!) has come from cash games, so I think that's where I belong.
I think these days I'm mainly just learning from experience... I've probably done at least 300k hands in my poker career, and in the past I watched a lot of DC videos and video's from PokerTube... I should really start properly studying the game again, but I'm not really sure the best place for cash game video's and DC seems mainly focused towards MTT's (Or at least it used to be)..
And in school I'm studying for a BSc in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science (I'm a big nerd lol)...
Sorry for the long wall of text lol..
Also, I just deposited $500 on stars to get the $100 reload bonus hehe.. Not planning to touch that money though and just going to cash it back out as soon as the 48 hours are up..
