About me
I'm 20 years old and I live in Holland. I study marketing and I'm in my second year right now.

I started learning to play poker when i had a full time job. A friend of mine won the Sunday warm-up and i thought to myself: Let's make some easy money. I started to read some theory and stuff like that about poker and realized that it wasn't as easy as i thought it would be.

I played a ****load of hands but every time when i had a little downswing I tilted my bankroll away. I wasn't that motivated for the grind because i earned enough money with my job.

Last year i started with a study. And in that year I wasted all my savings with partying and other crap.

So its time to earn some money. I now have some crappy jobs that take a lot of time on the most impossible times of the day.

I want a flexible job that can provide enough so I can pay for my room and can quit my crappy jobs. And the solution is POKER

What i have already done in preparation
- Tilt management
- Read some theory books
- Installed Pokerstars
- Bought Holdem Manager

Thats about it

The plan
I am starting with a small bankroll: $80 Im gonna start the grind at the $2NL.
I'am starting so low because I have to get back on the track. It's about a year ago that i played poker for the last time.

My bankroll management for the micro's
BR < $125 = 2NL
BR 125 - 300 = 5NL
BR 300 - 750 = 10NL
BR 750 - 1500 = 25NL

I am not going to cash out anything untill i hit the 1500 dollars bankroll. As soon as i hit the 1500 roll and can beat the 50NL i will quit my current jobs and willl use poker as my source of income.

I am going to use this thread share my progress. Every sessions I will post a little review.

If i have enough time I will play my first sessions at the 2NL tonight.

Just completed my first session. The 2NL isn't what it used to be. Didn't expect this much mass multiplayer nits at these stakes.

Ran pretty bad and my play wasn't that good either.

Just reviewed my session and see what went wrong. Next time will be better.

Played 1055 hands
Lost: $7.38
BR: $72.57
