Watched the AQ high call from Andy vs Nick's busted FD w/ A7s.

Not sure if Andy caught it, but what I found hilarious was when Andy pots the turn you can see Nick basically trying to calculate the pot odds in his head which obv means he's on a draw other than the fact that he just flats this board on flop and turn.

So when it bricks and he jams the river it's a pretty clear call w/ AQ. Thing that would be tough is if you had like AT or something. I've made calls in spots like this and villain rivered like bottom pair or something and didn't think it was good. That's the only thing I'd be worried about sometimes.

Played 100 PLO yesterday for about an hour. Just 1 table.

Lost 40 bucks.

Also pressed 225 overhead a couple of times which was the first in quite awhile. Went pretty smooth. Feeling pretty good lately.

I dunno if you noticed the other two big tipoffs as well, but someone (I think Garrett) said good luck to him when he was cutting out his calling chips OTT and Nick straight up said “thanks, I’m gonna need it” seriously giving away that he was on a draw because he said it so immediately and honestly.

I think this short conversation happened after he made the dealer wait to burn and turn the river, because he was cutting his chips out and said something about how he wanted to experience actually seeing the river, which was another pretty obvious giveaway that he was on a draw.

I’d like to think that I would have called that spot pretty easily as Andy too and I actually suspect that Andy basically fake tanked that spot, and knew he was calling basically the whole time. I’m almost positive. Snap calling makes it too obvious that you picked up on the obvious tells.

It was actually just 2 singles. So no props lol.

Pretty brutal session but surprisingly somehow I actually won like $200 and some change but was quite tilting overall. I was actually up pretty big, but then commenced to lose a bunch of flips.

No matter how many times I lose these per day they never cease to be annoying.

Especially tilting because the person insta sits out and leaves the table lol.

So my new hobby arrived today. Pretty excited to fire it up.

Only jumped in one today. Something might happen. SFV has been really fun.

Bleh I botched a hand w/ 66 where bb called w/ 52s and flopped a straight. Out in 61st.

About 2 orbits before that I got aipf 3 ways w/ QQ vs A6s and ATs. Of course A6s scoops, but I beat ATs and basically broke even given the stacks.

Haven't played in awhile so ended up reg in 4 tourneys.

Got AA vs KK at 2 tables for a stupid amount of bb and snap lost both when the K turn. Pretty gross.

Then lost 77 vs Q5o aipf and some other 70/30. Happened so quickly and so annoyed by it just withdrew the rest of my account lol. idk just got no drive to play and the little bs I encounter right away just made me mad.

I left a few hundred bucks just in case I want to do something if I get bored again. So some exciting $5nl HHs may be in store in the future who knows.
