OP, am happy to see you upswing but am concerned about your tilting tendencies... What do you have as tools/methods to prevent an imminent monkey-tilt from happening the next time you run bad? Any meditation, breathing exercises, healthy habits, or some plain exercise?
Thanks Dubnjoy. Yeah I've been doing a lot of work on my mental game. I still have a long way to go but so far ive noticed a lot of progress. My current regimen includes daily meditation, cold showers, journaling, and some type of physical exercise. I also try to go to the gym and lift weights and sauna a few times a week. My brother was just telling me about breathing exercises the other day actually but I have no idea what that is. Going to look into it!

It's mostly just as a test of self discipline for me. With a little bit of health reasons mixed in. There's a lot of research out there that shows a lot of great health benefits to fasting. I don't think we humans were meant to have access to food 24/7. A little fast now and then is good.
