You should give it a go, really cool sport, super tiring but really satisfying when you send a problem (especially one that's been bugging you for 2weeks+)

Played a bit more hands today and last night, trying to get that green line to reach the EV line again

2So, bad news. Didn't run any better since coming back from Munich, considerably worse in fact. The gods giveth and all that.

Month now. What a trainwreck

There seemed to be a point where everytime I 4b AAxx and got called, I'd lose the pot. If I 4b non-AA, I'd always get jammed on. Breaking down and crying is just a part of poker right?

All honesty though, I'm really not sure if I'm playing well and it's just what PLO does to you sometimes. :/
---

Onto better things though. Munich was really good fun! Main attraction was the IFSC World Cup Bouldering event there where we got to see climbers from all countries compete. Unfortunately Team GB didn't do so well as a whole But at least Team Japan smashed it in general (weeaboo here hah)

The rest of the days we drank a lot, ate a lot of currywurst/burgers/chips, went hiking, biking and bouldering. Really nice break away from the tables but I'd rather not lose that $20k from being rusty tbh Also had our flight delayed on the way back by almost 3 hours (when the flight itself is only 1.5 hours...) so that was annoying heh

---
Back to poker. Big thing for me: I played 10/20! Somehow managed to get into such a juicy game. Was a guy who must've been 90vpip-ing and somehow crushed the table haha. Here's some HHs:

1) Literally the first hand I sat down at the table. Thought to myself "Ah, it's going to be one of those nights"

BTN: $2,603.59

Flop: ($840.00, 3 players) 7 2 Q
SB checks, Hero bets $630.00, BTN raises to $2,323.59 and is all-in, fold, Hero calls $1,090.00 and is all-in

Turn: ($4,280.00, 2 players) 2

River: ($4,280.00, 2 players) T

Hero shows A A 6 J (Two Pair, Aces and Twos)
(Pre 68%, Flop 42%, Turn 3%)

2) Biggest hand for me of the night vs rec

BB mucks 2 5 7 9 (Straight, Nine High)

UTG wins $3,930.00

---

First experience of 10/20 in a long time. It's a whole lot scarier than when I played it at NLHE... Probably because 1/3rd of my site-roll was on the table

---

Climbing again today and then running tomorrow. Need to get fitter and stronger!

Month

+7k on untracked sites
+$1k chest

Total of $22.6k month. That moment when you run at EV in BB but are 6k below heh. Not actually complaining though since my rungood was at 10/20 rofl.

Let's just call this the month end. Not sure why but woke up this morning and just didn't feel the grind, feeling super lazy.

Also I'm feeling a bit disappointed, not sure why. I probably set myself up for this with how hopeful I was at around hand 55k that it would be a big month. Maybe also because it's the highest stakes I've played in a long while.

But I gotta put it into perspective I guess that I get to sit at home in my PJ's to play a game that I (at least in the past) love and make money doing it.

Anywho.

Rainy day today (could be why I'm not feeling it). Which means it's perfect weather for hot coffee & going to the climbing gym!

Peace oot

Yah defo. I mean, I realised that years ago but apparently even joking about a 40k month got me tilted when I didn't hit it haha

Been playing really bad at 500z apparently (but getting lucky), so I think I'm gonna dial it back there, pool select more and maybe play less tables.
