Ty for the support guys, made me feel a little better actually.

Got back to the tables today, only 2 tabled although could have been playing more at some points, but felt pretty focused.
Only playing up to 200nl $ but got coolered by some scopes which was gay, felt ok in my play and had an interesting spot vs an aggro little **** that I don't think any option is bad.
Thoughts are welcome...

Villain seemed pretty tilted as he was looking to bet in any spot possible where I showed weakness. Pre could just be a jam although I kind of liked a call as he was had 3bet like 3 out of the last 4 opportunities and I wasn't sure how light he was going to call my jam.

The flop is basically the decision, he had cbet 100% for pot in 3b pots and in SRP aswell, had barrelled a little in SRP with air and with bottom pair, and had cbet once and given up ott in a 3b pot on a dry board. Didn't really fancy call/calling so felt jamming the flop seemed ok.

Edit: I had AQ btw.

Good to see you recovered .
The hand played out fairly standard after you decided to just flat pre, this is one of the best boards you could have hoped for...
BTW how much do you have on FTP? Like $8k? Then you must be pretty happywith todays news .

I spoke with a few pals, and they think just shoving pre or at least 4betting is probably best, and na I only had a few hundred $ on ftp so it didn't hit me to hard.
    Still good news though.

The AQ hand above looks a pretty standard jam pre imo, but the way you played it is okay.

I just laughed it off. The man with AQ was even more amazing as I was surprised he had that strong a hand, there was a good chance I would have called with like 99 (although I think there is little difference between 99 and smaller pairs).

              - -

Had a good weekend at the tables, and played quite a few hours so all is well. Played very well most of the time, and kept my focus well which was something I wanted to work on.

Also just want to say that I played a man on bodog for something like 300 hands who just ran insanely good, and I was so pleased that I only lost something like 75bbs to him. I made so many bet/folds and some sweet c/f based on reads and timing tells that I don't think I have ever paid much attention to before, or at least I havn't had the discipline to do before so I was pretty buzzed about that.

Anyway here's the graph and mandatory HH's.
