Hey guys,
Got crushed at single tables, especially in late game where it counts the most.
At 18 man I`m BEish, losing at 30 and winning at 18.
I`m going crazy with this swing and I feel it`s never ending.
The good part is I managed to do my hours and the rakeback challenge is looking ok.

Hello,
Enough crying!
Because of going through a very long downswing, I`m starting to have the loser`s mindset:
1."Stars is rigged. They gave me this challenges(money) with a hand and they take it back with 2 hands."
2."Bad plays reward this ******* player. When I`m trying something like this I`m always getting punished."
3."This bad reg always wins. / Easy to have that graph with all the suckouts."
4."Maybe I should close the session earlier because I`m getting hammered."
5."I`m sure I played that hand correctly. He played it bad." and so on.
Myth busting:
1. I don`t think Stars knows I exist. Stars makes tens of thousands / year from a grinder like me, and I`m not alone. So, it has no reason to intevine when it can easily make millions easy and in a legit way. I should be grateful that I can play on Stars in a legal way with a very small government taxt.
2. During my poker journey I saw guys running good for 1-3 years vs me or general population. Eventually they all had bad swings, the only difference was that the good players recovered from that swing and the bad players struggled for years.
3. In my early-mid poker journey I struggled a lot because I was getting upset on what other players did vs me on the tables, especially if this was a -ev or -ICM move. I started getting better when I was trying to understand why good or bad regs do those move.Adopt the good moves and exploit the bad one.
4. I`m still struggling with this one, but now it`s time to end it and become a pro.
Every time I close the session earlier than supposed to, I lose money, because I`m winning x amount/game and if I`m not playing, I`m winning 0/game. Especially now when I`m playing 9-18 sngs that have lower variance than hypers or mtts. I`ll just try to lose less when I`m running bad and win more when I`m running good. This has it`s roots in checking the PT or cashier during the session.
5. Check and recheck some hands from you and from some regs. Even if you initially think that`s the correct/standard way to aproach it, it could bring more value playing the hand in a different way. This doesn`t mean I have to change my game, but take into cosideration that you can adopt/improve some plays.
I have 6 days of 10-12 hours and I`ll finish the session. Let`s go!

@fezop , I think it takes a lot of time for the info to sink in. And it sinks in with every downswing, or at least this is how it worked for me. Some people get it faster and act accordingly, but I`m a late bloomer. 
@ExpectedV , I saw a lot of people that played more. From the rakeback challenges you have 40% ish rakeback, so when I`ll finish this one in a few days, my total rakeback for the year will be around 33-35%. I hope until the end of the year everyone will get 20-40%+ rakeback every month.

All cool? Haven`t played 180 in the last 1-2 years. I`m grinding 9-18man right now and the traffic looks ok. I quess it`s going to be great if they will adopt the new rakeback system, or maybe it`s just a rumor. :P

Hard swingy month. I`m glad that I managed to turn the graph around, but I know I can do much better at this SNGs. I found some leaks especially in 9mans and some at HU, so I`m going to fix this and crush.

HU made me lose a lot of money and it hurts a lot, especially at 9mans where I got crushed. Because of this I decided to take action and improve my HU game, so the next time I run bad it will be 15bb ev with 9bb.
I`m also going to reduce the number of tables so I can focus more at some spots.
That being said, I`m going to be away for 2 weeks, chilling and visiting family.

Hey guys,
I reduced the number of tables and started to add a few 6max turbos up to 100$ with table selection. It`s realy relaxing to play more aware of what`s going on and to have enough time to read some stats, to search villains on sharkscope. I just drop some bottom buyins when I have enough tables. This haven`t impacted my rakeback that much, so the challenge is still doable and let`s hope with bigger win rate. ATM I`m still stuggling with huge variance(especially at HU) and a small downswing of 2000ish$.
In case I`ll get down to 5k bankroll(8k now) I`ll drop the 100$ and play only some 60$ with table selection. Until the variance turns around, I`ll just do volume and try to be more aware and improve, and off course cry.

This is becoming a nightmare and to be honest, I`m not enjoying playing poker lately...I feel like this was my worst year ever and the nightmare it`s not ending.
Almost 4 years since I have this database, I reached HU 16000 times(turbos+hypers) and I was never BE or over EV...not to mention this is getting ridiculous.

The nighmare continues!
I`m running 500k chips -EV in 6-18man games this month. This is a joke!
I still have 4,5k bankroll and 1/3 points needed for the challenge. Completing it now would mean around 4k$.
From now on I will play up to 30$ sng(an average lees than 15$), until I finish the challenge.
If I manage to blow a 4500$ bankroll on an average of 15$/games, running under EV, it means my place is not at the poker tables and Stars rigged this challenges. I`ll just QUIT poker and focus on active trading.
