Hey, I will post daily updates, hands and thoughts as I play 6max cash, reg tables and zoom/fast poker, nlhe. Also a sort of challenge for myself, 20 buyins at each stake, start at 2nl, with $50 br. Will

Goals:
- min 3k hands a day
- 8bb/100 @ 2nl
- Study at least 30 mins a day (more as move up)
- Work on tilt control

Standard coolers, set into set a few times, around 5k hands my KK won against AA. More success on the zoom tables overall despite definite worse players on reg. Overplayed many hands on reg tables, shoved over with fds or tried to force things too much.

One hand I'm not too sure of, they're probably just clicking buttons with ax or an fd, was my assumption so perhaps I should have just got in on flop or at least 5bet. Having said that very few hands but reasonable to assume they will 3b aq/ak from sb, so not sure what else would play river in such except maybe missed draw. usually I'd lean towards folding, think I just felt they were messing about a bit.

Day 3 -


Stopped early, last thousand hands were going really badly, I didn't feel particularly tilted but just best to stop when losing buyins so quickly. Anyway that's poker. I didn't get stacked at all during the bad turn, just getting 3b all round and seeming very few of my light c-bets were getting through.

Prefer big flop bet. intuition of the slightly delayed oop flop check by villain made me apprehensive of a very specific hand, I don't want to be results oriented but just a feeling I had. Anyway it's 2nl so I'm not worried about such hands in long run..

Day 4 -


Mostly just 4 tabling zoom again. Some things I'm doing at 2nl I will defintley need to change when moving up, play very fit/fold in 3b pots at the moment which I know will be exploited (perhaps not at 5 - 10nl). Didn't technically study but watched some higher stake games and made observations of play.
I wasn't completely happy with my play today, tried to force action in some spots, also have a mental block around maintaining big stacks on specific tables which is most likely leading to some -ev decisions.

Bit unsure about my flop 3b, while I'm going for value there are quite a few combos that beat me already, also he 3b pre so is most likely gonna be c-betting pretty wide here. Pot control should be a consideration even if I'm trying to price out some of his semi bluffs (which tbh my bet size doesnt really do anyway)
