Running bad/playing bad last few days, lost my headstart (now at 5.7 EV bb/100)
Did some good things, but I'm spewing too hard in the big pots. Mostly calling bet bet shoves in 3b pots that should be calls vs good villains but most are just soo nitty/passive that I could/should have made some big exploitive folds but it's too hard to make them

is this standard with the bvb history vs this villain ?

    Even this deep ?
    11-09-2012 , 04:31 PM
Not 100% certain but i don't think playing 107bb's deep need's adjustment over 100bb poker
    11-09-2012 , 04:36 PM
    OP= best zoom player?

6bb/100 at 500nl zoom has to be as sick as it gets ughh....

ooops thought it was 50 nl

Even just 100bb deep its not standard, else I wouldnt post obv Prob JJ+, AK would be standard get it in range there.

Def not the best I'm afraid, and even if I would: in regione caecorum rex est luscus yada yada
fwiw if a good HS reg would play 500NL, I wouldnt be surprised to see 8-9 bb/100
    11-10-2012 , 12:12 PM
    nice hands!
which hud stats do you use?
    11-10-2012 , 12:23 PM
Post 122 the KQ: Is it std to bet turn this sizing with those stacks with entire range to set up a nice river shove?
    11-10-2012 , 12:57 PM
@lorenzo... your def not the best?, so guys having a bigger winrate than 6bb/100 at the 500nl zoom you think??.... i think ansky posted on here he has a 7bb/100 winrate at 500nl zoom but smallish sample size + hes losing at 200nl zoom so i almost dont wana take it into account

wish i could find a zoom regulars thread where ppl post graphs n stuff but yea your game looks impressive gotta say

p.s does nanonoko not play those games?
    11-10-2012 , 02:09 PM
I use a lot of them, 27 of them apparently, and much more in popups. Pretty much all somewhat relevant stats. Have to compensate for my lack of note taking

the KQ sizing, yeah just standard sizing, prob the same with my whole betting range.

No I don't think anyone grinding 500NL has a true expected winrate >6bb/100, but neither do I And if someone would, def not Ansky, pretty sure I could name at least 25 Zoom regs who are playing better than him.
7bb/100 over a smallish sample wont change that. I wouldnt pay too much attention to winrates over <1M samplesizes. Plugging some numbers here http://www.evplusplus.com/poker_tool...nce_simulator/ might give some more an idea about samplesize vs winrate accuracy.

I don't think Nano plays Zoom, I have 0 Zoom hands with him.

When you got to small/mid stakes (NL100+), what helped you the most with your game? Your biggest "aha" moment?
    11-11-2012 , 04:49 AM
    Overall graph since thread started?

    Nice high-stakes action!
    11-11-2012 , 09:05 AM
It's really hard to say what helped me most. There wasnt one big aha moment, just many smaller ones.

          nice graph.
any chance of a lifetime graph?
          gl at the tables.
          11-11-2012 , 09:21 AM
nice one man, nice. Why did you move straight from 500NL zoom to 5k NL?
          11-11-2012 , 09:27 AM
          Nice results, respect
          11-11-2012 , 10:09 AM
Lifetime graph will never happen, current db only starts early May this year.

It's not really straight to 5k because I've been playing some 2k too. (and played lot of 1k and 2k in the past)
Just feel like playing 1k is silly now, my 1k hourly would prob be roughly the same as my 500NL hourly, but much more swings and inconvenience. And at 2k and 5k the extra hourly is worth the tableselecting hassle and the swings imo.
          11-11-2012 , 12:07 PM
          About the HU match that you posted;
do you think that villain is a good player? Without knowing history i think some of his plays are pretty bad tbh..
          11-11-2012 , 12:14 PM
wow 500nl zoom seems so ****ing hard to play :P GL certainly has my attention!
          11-11-2012 , 01:26 PM
Who were you playing at 5k HU?
