Home sweet home nl10 6max. Much energy today, and one session with length 2 hours, 6-9 tabling. Didn't start well, bad run of cards vs recreational players but I came back winning 1 BI.

Also I unlocked the 5th Stellar reward for 2015 and took 10$.

And as usually I played one storm 235fpp sat.
I lost the win almost at this hand sb vs bb preflop. noooo

Storm sat madness:

hello derek,

nice effort!!!!

for even more value for your fpp, play 210fpp sunday storm sat(20 entries,6 tickets)!!!it involves skill to win, so i believe you have an edge!!!each sat last about 35-40 minutes!

i believe the 235fpp sat involves more luck and less skill!!!!

Thanks a lot man!
Your suggestion about the fpps, seems interesting, but 35-40 mins for every sit n go it’s a lot of time. If I start a lot of these together, probably worth the try and the time. Maybe I’ll give some try in the future to have a taste. I agree with you that I will have more edge because it’s turbo and not hyper. You win in edge, you lose in time. Time = Money.

18/2/15 Update

Creative mood, and a fish look like session. I chose tables depending on how many unknowns (no hand history) were at the table. I disable the auto reload, and buy in for 96bbs at every table. I limp raise my premiums (hand1, hand2), overbet huge my good hands, and do all the time many fishy things even vs regs. It was very funny and enjoyable lol.

18/2/15 Part 2 Update

After a big win, a big loss. I did one very bad session at nl10 9max. I realize one more leak about my mental game. I can’t manage my wins. As a poker player, you have to manage not only the losses, and recover as soon as possible from tilt or B-game but you have to manage your wins also. It’s not the first time I do it, but after a big win I’m sure that in the next session I spew some chips easily. This have to change in order to move up. I have to learn from my mistakes first.

Very bad mood last days. This weekend the city of Patras is full of parties and visitors because of carnival. Today I broke up with my girlfriend. I’m not in mood to go out and have fun. I will grind to death today. I have to achieve my goals. First for me, and second for everyone that thinks I can’t. Life continues. Marathon continues. The road is long…

The mobile phone session was nice. It seems like the abc play works very well at nl10 9max without hud.

21/2/15 Update

One session at nl10 6max 9 tabling. The session and the quality of decisions was good in general. I could have played better but I’m satisfied. Bad run of cards. You can’t control it.

I played also one storm sat as usual and won it. The first hand almost gave me the win. And here is a questionable fold.

Second session at nl10 6max was a bad one.

22/2/15 Update

Started with a nl10 6max session today. I'm satisfied with my play and my table selection. I faced many coolers at this session but it's ok.

Next I did a nl10 9max zoom session without hud.

Also, I played one storm fpp sat and lost it.

I upgrade pokerstars to version 7, because sooner or later I have to get used to it. Also I upgraded the table scan turbo to work with version 7. In addition, I did one session at nl10 6max to configure some settings and test the new version.

I recieved an email today, about an offer from Full Tilt, that gives me 10$ bonus to release until 2/3/15. I have to collect 250 FTPs and I think that it's about 5k hands. So, I set a side goal to play 5k-6k at Full Tilt. Regular tables have not so much traffic, so I will choose Rush tables of my limit nl10 6max.

That's my first session

Ty mate. It's difficult to answer at this moment, because the tracker can't count the value of buy in of this tournaments. Also sometimes recognise the speed as hyper turbo and sometimes as super turbo. So even if I set a filter with 6 players and correct speed I don't get the correct results.

26/2/15 Update

One of my worst days ever. Bad mood + sudden goal to reach gold star because I realised that I'm way behind and this month have only 28 days lol + mass multitabling 15 tables to gain fpps believing that I am Phil Ivey + clicking buttons -) worst session ever. -9 BIs in 1k hands. Do it if you can lol.

Second session with the belief that I could turn the things out quick.

Conclusion: If you're hurry you will fall. Mistake No1: Sudden goal to reach gold star.

Mistake No2: Multitabling 15 tables.

Mistake No3: Overconfident

Mistake No4: Not learning from the past mistakes and repeat the old bad habits.

Mistake No5: Not focused to my real goal which is to move up and not to grind nl10 forever or gain fpps or VIP stars.
