Not so much volume, cause the biggest part of the session was bumhunting. I'm satisfied with the ev 3bb/100 but I can play a lot better.

my advice is to stop seeing at the results is just don't matter that much your overall game matters this a marathon not a sprint.You can start reading application of poker matthew janda i haven't read it yet but i strogly believe is a great book.

Back again, relaxing mood, low volume, chrome star at pokerstars after 1 year+, and promotion hunting. Last days I’m playing at Full Tilt because of a deposit promotion and a ring game ticket I won with value of 50$. I played also some hands at the site I’m playing lately that does not support trackers.

7/10 - 31/10/15 Update

The goal continues..
The only failure is to give up.

The lowest volume I can even remember this month.
Many things to do and less free time.

I did some coaching sessions to some friends to the lowest stakes, and played mostly at Full Tilt because of a ring game ticket I won with value of 50$

Hello mate, yes I'm playing zoom cash games regularly. I prefer regular table because of better table selection but zoom is more exciting

Also last days I feel there are more bad players and it's easier to win

Any reason you don't vary your raise size from the BTN? Think standard nowadays is to 2.5x ish from SB/BTN then 3x elsewhere.

I usually vary my sizes from different positions of course. I agree that the most common is 3x and 2.5x or lower from late positions.

Some times I make adjustments, depending from the opponents left to act.
Some other times, I play with tighter opening ranges and same opening sizes to confuse the good players and try to see if they adjust also or continue to call the same range.

At the second hand I posted, there was no real reason as I see now, to open 3x from the btn, with recreational players at the blinds
