IMO It's perfectly fine, otherwise you'll be probably overfolding your SB against steals.
But as played definitely c/c flop, cbetting is a big mistake.

1st hand: due to his stack size it is more likely a call to his flop shove!
if he had full stack i would be thinking folding to his shove!
when fishes limp it is highly expected to have small pairs in their range!

2nd hand: it is difficult to fold that kind of hand even if the board is wet
and your opponents have many draws!you call and you pray that your
hand will hold!most of the times you are ahead, 70-30(opponents will likely have flshdr, str8dr or smaller set) so in the longterm its a profitable play!!!you were unlucky they already had the nuts!the most important think from this hand is not to tilt and spew money in later hands!!!!

        post more hands!!!!

in my opinion play either zoom or regular!dont mix!different games, different strategy apply to each format!
why you play 16nl?player pool is small.....

As I wrote I decided to do a break tomorrow. I think it’s helpful to do it from time to time. I will avoid everything about poker to fill up energy for the weekend. Also it came to my mind to set some short term goals for the weekend. My plans are:

        Schedule:

Friday: Play at least 3k hands at nl16.

Saturday: Play at least 3k hands at nl16 again. Also play the VIP freerolls and fpp tournaments.

Sunday: Same 3k again + zoom tournament (KK zoom accumulator challenge)

        Monday: Break

These are my thoughts for now. I’m thinking seriously to set a standard of 2 days break per weak. I think Monday and Thursday are good days. One day before and one day after the weekend, the most valuable days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and I want to play a lot.

1st hand: even if you bet the flop the fish will not fold(gutshot small pair) and when he gets two pairs due to pot size you will be all in by river!but given how the hand actually played you should fold to his river shove!5 is a bad card but your turn call it is standard because of the flshdrw!

2nd hand: i think you played the hand wrong!there is no reason why you raised him in the flop!the board is very wet and he might have a good hand as well!call flop,check/call turn and at the river you either thin value bet or call his small bet!this is how i play that kind of hands, maybe i am wrong.

Lets give him a donking range : Kxs, 9xs. some weak queens, txs and jxs. Im sure there could be more to this. With this I think I am raising flop and betting turn.
Turn: There is no reason for Villain to xraise hre unless he turned a strong hand. I am not sure if calling is too thin. River can be fold however.

            Back again, without a break.

I tried one softer site suggested by a friend and grinded around 1k hands at nl10€.
I run good but it's for sure a lot softer than pokerstars.
I used holdem manager because PT4 doesn't work as they told me. The results says $ but it's in €.
The rakeback is 40% at the end of the month so it's 40€ profit = 44,75$

            ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The grind at nl16 went bad again. After 3 BIs loss in 150 hands I stoped because I would have broke the mouse & screen otherwise lol
I will post some hands after this post.

Not sure about this hand if I played it ok. I think on the river he have me crushed with the biggest part of the range that took this line, but I don't like x/f neither x/c. I decided to bet small/fold here. I thought in that moment that he is playing like that hands like 45s or AT or even some overpairs but now I realised that it's a very small part of his range. Still I can't convince myself that x/f is good here.
