Side Goal to play 10k hands with 4 reg tables
I saw that I can beat the game easy with 4 tables. The sample size is small but I feel that I had tremendous edge vs the average player pool. If could have avoided the tilt session that I lost 5 BIs in 1k hands, my winrate would have been close to 10bb/100 instead of 5.2bb/100. Here is
all my sessions from the start of the side goal to play 10k with 4 tables.
This size goal learned me that I'm more focused with less tables, tilt less, or I'm able to identify tilt faster, and improved my game in general. I had more time in every spot to dig deeper and find things to exploit at my opponents style of play. Also the warm up I was doing before almost all of my sessions helped me a lot I think. Puts my mind in "poker mode" and I'm playing better poker. If I remeber well, I started again to do this after my tilt session of -5BIs in 1k hands. I have to do it a habit before every session for sure. Lastly, playing at 4 tables, I was enjoying the game a lot more.
What's up next? I don't know. I think of it tomorrow. Maybe I will do another side goal to play 10k hands with 4 tables, training another concept, and trying to achive the highest winrate I can. I think that at least 7-8bb/100 it's achievable with the playing skills I have now. But it's not only about playing skills. It's also about beating mental game problems and variance. So, you can't ever be sure for anything in small samples. 4 tabling seems to work for now. Probably I will continue with this volume. Cu tomorrow.
