This river call is very stupid. I assume he has around 15 flushes in his range. I have a read that he almost never bluffs rivers.(so he he not someone who turns JT into a bluff). So basically we are calling for a split pot. He must have 15*2= 30 Ax combmos in his bet range for us to make a BE call. And betting Ax in his spot doesnt make much sense.

Mental:
At some point in my session I was thinking about winning money and playing as many hands/tables instead of focus on playing the highest ev lines. I auto folded some hands (on zoom tables) without thinking if another option might be better.

Mental:
I think I found a new mental leak. In game I wasn’t sure if I played a hand well. I closed the tables and analysed the hand with software. I did this a few times during the session and I realized this is probably a mental leak. I will add this to my ABC profile and will analyze this situation after I fixed my other mental problems, because I can’t fix all the problems in just one month.
During my C-game I wasn’t able to find out how much equity a hand like T8o has against a pretty tight range( JJ+AK). In the past I knew those numbers, but probably I dont know this numbers at a level of unconscious competence. So I have to work in this. This also applies to post flop equity calculations. I have to estimate my equity vs a range better pre and postflop.

I will study those numbers before every session this month, goal is to make a rough calc ingame to decide how much equity we have against certain hands.

Training
Played 1 hour 100NL zoom today because I want estimate my postflop equity better. So my plan is to play every morning for 1 hour 2 tables zoom and try to estimate in every hand how much equity my hand has against the range of our villian.
I think this is a pretty good exercise.
Played some 200 and 500 too.

villian is a fish, but we dont have many stats.
I gave villian this range of minr/stack on turn.
For example ( he plays Axxdd 20% of the time this way and other flushes 10%)



I think we should give villian also some other random hands(since he is a fish) like KTo AA for a verry small % like 5% of the time. So I think we should have around 50% vs his stack off range on the turn. Are you agree with stacking of on the turn?

Played 1,5k hands today. The equity training goes very well. Everyday I train for 1 hour on 100zoom and then 2 sessions on 200NL-600NL

Mental game:
Played a lot of A and B game today, didn’t play many tables because I wanted to focus on my game. It feels very good to play a few tables with 100% focus. I will add this feature to my ABC analyses.

Turn: flop we bet small, so he has more potential bluffs on the turn.(he could also raise worse valuehands for this size), since we only need 25% equity I think we have a clear call on the turn.

River: Without reads we can never call here I think.

Didn’t play many hands this month, I was too busy with giving coaching. I dont think its very good for my own game to give much coaching. Because I just have less time left to work on my game. So I think its a good plan to give less coaching in the future.

I also went on vacation to Ibiza for 1 week , so my volume is very low this month.
On vacation I did some reading in the mental game of poker and I think I found a new leak. Energy is very important to reach ‘’the zone’’ or A-game.



When you are not physically fit, you have less energy. I also saw a correlation between doing sports and playing my A game in my ABC analyses. I just played way more often my A game when I did sports before my session.
I am planning to take a personal trainer for 3 times (3 hours) a week. It is expensive, but I am sure its wort it.

This week I will post some hands again.

Mental: My mental game is very strong the last weeks, feels like I play my A game a lot. The last days I only play 4 or 5 tables max, and it works pretty well for me. If I play 4 tables I can focus a lot on any table-->less mistakes--> less tilt--->Play more frequently my A-game

Flop: All option looks fine for some frequentie (cbetting,c/calling,c/raising)
Turn: Standard
River: I dont think we have a good hand to bluffcatch with. Most of his draws hits and the only few bluffs which he can have we are blocking with our Qs (hands like QTss KQss)

I played around 20k hands last month. My goal of last month was to train to estimate equity's. I think I can estimate equity's way better now. My mental game was very good last month.

**Poker:**

Mostly played 200NL and won $1500 + $800 of non tracked hands+ rakeback= $3000

I am oke with the restults, but it must be higher if I want to reach this challenge(winning 64k). For next month I will play 200NL as my maingame again and only play 400-600 on good tables. If my winrate of 200NL after july is good enough(>5bb/100), I will play 400NL as my main game in August.





**Mental goal this month:**

During the day a lose a lot of time with doing non interesting stuff like facebook, watching videos, listening to music. I think I do those things every hour for like 5 to 10 minutes. Together this is around 1.5 hours a day. Also switching from your current task to facebook and back cost some time. So I think I lose a lot of time with those switches.

**Why I switch so often to those things?**

Prob because its more fun than working on your pokergame, and its pretty easy to switch to those fun things and taking a break of your poker work.



**Why its better not to do this?**

Switching between task costs a lot of time.


**How I want to fix this?**

Planning 30-45min a day for doing those fun things, and never doing more than 1 task at once.= Focus on 1 task. I will make every day a schedule. It will look like this:

Mental game:
I started doing sports with a private coach. Doing sports definitely has positive effects to my game. I am able to play with more focus and have more energy.
