Having been in a similar situation myself, I suggest contacting @StarsSupport on Twitter. Once you tell them your Stars username they'll check your case. I had my account re-opened one hour later after initially waiting for 2 weeks.. Oh and fwiw, my account was frozen simply for depositing using the same card I had previously used for deposits & withdrawals plenty of times..
Edit: By the way, I've also seen people claim their account was permanently closed for sending/receiving money to/from "shady" accounts. Don't know if that's the whole truth, but it seems we can have our accounts closed for unknowingly transacting with the wrong people...

Who knows what Stars are thinking.. Could be that player A sends money to player B who in some way has done something shady. Then player A sends or receives money to/from player C and they both end up getting flagged by Stars. Just a thought though, don't know if they'd do such thing in practice.

Doing my weekly 'indulge moneky brain with garfs' thing as I've just played my last hands for probably a week or so.
The heater I've been on since re-dedicating myself 85BI in the hole late October last year is probably one of the most epic I've ever been on, hella pretty graph:
This doesn't include some hands on party/untracked site where I'm down a few buyins. Also the import times are messed up so h/hr is significantly lower than reality - probably more like 400 or so. I've been playing absolute maximum 6 tables, honestly most comfortable with 5.
My bankroll is back up to a shade over $50k, so I've started mixing in some good 1k spots. I'll be sticking around there so long as bankroll stays above $40k, obviously very possible I'll have to move back down but yeah - obviously not a thing within my control, we'll just see how it goes and play the highest EV spots I can find.

Last few days I've played only 2/4+, hoping to keep that up once I start playing again back in the UK probably around the 9th/10th - taking the rest of this trip off to chill with my girl and will take a few days off after flying home on the 6th as I tend to get a little ****ed up flying east/last episode was a few days after long journey home from Mex, obv taking no risks in this area. I do planb though on doing my first fast since August, IIRC that was something like 45h, think I'll aim to go slightly longer than that but we'll just have to see how it goes/don't want to be on **** form seeing everyone in the UK again for first time in ages.
Very pleased to have proved to myself that I can both enjoy spending time with M and put in the required work to continue improving at poker. Obviously my volume could still be better, but I'll be continuing to focus on quality over quantity moving forward.
There's been some happenings with bitB that some people here might care about - we've secured the services of the sPaCeMaN himself mr Makeboifin, 10k warrior and prolific Milky Way eater. Along with Rool/aka 464, we're hoping to get a small group of guys and push them through small and midstakes to 1k+ this year. It could be you! More details here, apply here.
That's about it for now, besides the journey home I've (touch wood) got a niece or nephew arriving this month so idk how much volume I'll manage, but I'll probably check in with another month roundup at the end of Feb. Oh also, I've booked to head out to Vienna from the 3rd till the 7th of March, highly looking forward to drinking some beers with the boiys.

Appreciate this very much man - always try to just keep it real and honest in here, I probably was posting less when it was going really bad, but a big reason I'm still in this forum after so many years is that I don't update the thread if it feels like a chore. Easier to give the bois the good news than the bad - but yeah, obviously not trying to lie to myself or anyone else about what's really going on.

So, I'd been checking my results once a week at end of play on a sunday, however I forgot to check last week, so gonna make a little update for the end of the month.
First things first though.
My nephew Finlay arrived safely on 20/02/2020 Seeing my brother emerge with his son in the hospital was something that'll stay with my as long as I live, I've absolutely loved becoming an uncle. Me and my mum have been through to see him as much as we can, and my volume has obviously suffered as a result.
The nuclear superheat however, has not
+2k euro from untracked sites, so yeah another month running top very small %.
I invested a little in a massive setup upgrade this month which has already been extremely worth it. Hard to get a decent photo, but I've gone from extreme busto laptop and monitor raised up by books to this:

3x the speed of my laptop (measured from pio benchmark), less than 1k gbp and it's tiny - like 6x6x1 inches or so. Can take it with you, buy monitors wherever you happen to be or just take one in your suitcase.
Anyway, turned previous monitor on it's side and got a 42 inch 4k boy to go with it, makes so much difference to just have ample space for a bunch of lobbies/tables/etc.
One other thing I'll share with the gang - I made a little python script to open all the programs I use to grind, chance someone finds it useful
Note that file paths featuring /U you need to prefix with r. To get the correct file paths, right click the icon you want to open, go to properties and copy the Target. If you run into a problem, google it
Also I changed my UAC to not dim the screen (obv no smart way to disable this) so I can just hit yes to the 'allow this program to change your PC' 20 times or w/e. Saves me probably 60-90s or so every session I play, inspired by a book I read call 'Atomic Habits' which mentioned you want to make desirable behaviours as easy as possible.
I've been very good at doing my morning mobility recently, in a decent swing with cold showers, been eating better than ever (get on the slow cooker hype, it's legit changed my life ) so yeah, lots of things going good even if volume has been extremely lacking.
This month I've got a trip to vienna to see the lads, plus a week's skiing in france (both somewhat contingent on CV situation, I couldn't have infecting the wee one on my conscience) so I'm not going to get a full month's grinding in, but I've got around 17 clear free days, so I'll set a goal to play 15k hands this month.
That's about it for now I guess, let's gettum in March!
