I’m Comadreja. I’ve been playing poker for 18 years and have tried hard to go pro. I’ve had coaching and joined schools and stables, but I haven’t made it yet. So, I’m giving it another shot, starting from scratch.

I’ve played lots of poker games and found what I love most. Now, I’m setting a challenge for myself: to grow my bankroll from $10 to $1000. I can’t play all day because I have a family, a job, and other responsibilities, but I can play quietly for 4 to 6 hours a day.

Here’s my plan: I’ll play only MTTs, mostly Battle Royales at GGPoker. I’ll start with $10 and play $0.25 buy-in games. When my bankroll hits $25, I’ll move up to $1 buy-in games. If my bankroll drops to $20, I’ll go back to $0.25 buy-in games. I’ll keep doing this, moving up when I reach 100 buy-ins of my current level and moving down if I fall to 80 buy-ins of the previous level.

I started this month and have already grown my bankroll to $42, so I’m playing $1 buy-in games now. I’ll update this thread at least twice a month, and maybe more. If I have a cool hand to share, I’ll post it in the right place here on the 2+2 forum. I might also start a YouTube channel to vlog my progress towards becoming a pro.

Hello everyone,

Just dropping in for a quick update on my bankroll challenge. Last week, I had a bit of a slow grind, but I'm still pushing forward. My bankroll currently stands at **\$54**, and I've been participating in \$1 buy-in tournaments.

This week, I'm planning to ramp up my efforts significantly. My goal is to hit the leaderboard at least three times and play over **1000 Battle Royales**. It's an ambitious target, but I'm ready for the challenge!

I also want to take this moment to encourage more of you to get involved in the forum discussions. Sharing our experiences and strategies can only make us better players. So, let's keep the conversation going!

Remember, my journey started with just \$10, and through patience and persistence, I'm making progress towards that \$1000 mark. If I can do it, so can you. Let's motivate each other and celebrate our victories, no matter how small.
