Chronicles of a tilt monkey

As we approach the new year, I’ve decided to set up a PGC for myself to detail my progress moving forward. I’ll keep this short and sweet because I’m not usually one for writing long tracts about myself.
I’ll initially be playing NLHE cash 10-20nl on a couple of different sites and I’ve been lucky enough to find a coach who knows his ****.
As the title suggests, tilt has been my biggest enemy so far, and that will be one of my biggest foci. I’ll post regular updates of my progress and any interesting/amusing hands.

Update on this:
I've barely played since I first posted this thread, but when I have it's not gone great (down about 110$ in 15k hands). I've been working with a good guy who's exposed how much I suck. I have a **** ton going on in life, so I've had to change a few things around to accommodate.
I'm trying to keep everything modest atm. After the last time I spoke with my coach, I came to these conclusions:
- Humble myself, accept that my decision making is all wrong
- Don't make excuses, just make sure there are none to be made
- Every training session should be fixing errors, not dealing with silly tilt issues
I will be 4-tabling on Stars playing 5nl-10nl.
