Hey guys. So 2014 is about to start and I decided to set high goals for this year, something tells me it will be a pretty great year.

Im turning 27 the 2nd of January and I want to make this a grind year for the first time in my life. Every other year has been good for me, and Ive always won at Poker with good winrates in every modality I've played. But I have never grinded like I should. Im hoping to change that this year once and for all!

I ended the year playing on Stars and winning at 500nl zoom, which Im hoping to make my new home. I went from 200nl on Party to 200nl on Stars, the change was for the best, and it will be very hard for me to leave PokerStars again, its definetly the best site by far. The regs are a bit better than elsewhere but I've never really cared too much about that and I always plan to win in whatever game I play, it doesnt matter how good the opposition is, I will be better.

I have studied a good ammount this year, done my work off the tables, have done my fair share of coaching, and I feel Im ready to take on bigger challenges. When I first started shoting at 500nl I dont really think I was prepared for it. I was not good enough and my mindset was bad too, but now Im sure I can have a good winrate there, and Im shooting to be one of the best 500nl regs. Hopefully taking shots to 1000nl or bigger somewhere this year.

Anyways!


Goals;

[ ] Have a total profit of $200,000 or more (including everything)
[ ] Get Supernova Elite status
[ ] Keep doing and receiving Coaching
[ ] Work at least 5 hours/week off the tables on my own game
[ ] Become a reg at 1000nl or higher
[ ] Keep learning Surf and get good at it
[ ] Keep doing sports regularly as always (especially football -the real one, not hand egg-)
[ ] Party less
[ ] Get Bigger (today I weight 68 kilos at 182cms tall, ideal weight around 73)
[ ] Give up Smoking for good!
[ ] Read More Books, and learn new stuff


So lets go! It will be very hard but I plan on giving it my best!

I will do constant updates, with winnings, hands, maybe even a video sometimes! So stay tunned

To get the SNE I will have to do around 1.3 million hands on 500nl zoom, Im getting 0.75 VPP's/hand till this day and I hope it stays that way. That means around 110k hands per month, and at a rate of around 850 hands per hour it will be 130hands per month.

That Means 6.5 hours per day for 20 days out of every month. So still I will have plenty of time for other stuff. Hopefully I can move up to 1000nl somewhere around the year and it will be less of a grind!

thats the idea! we need to have fun in the process or it will be impossible, at least for me. Im really bad at keep doing and doing something Im not enjoying. Thats why the learning process and the coaching are so important for me

Sooo! Today I will be playing 500nl zoom for a while. I dont really want to go crazy this days tho.

Tomorrow or Tuesday Im leaving for Maitencillo (beach) to my friend's house (the one which I have posted pics on my last thread before) to spend New Year's there, it will be pretty sick Im sure. Im probably going to be back around the 2nd or the 4th. Im not sure yet.

The 2nd is my birthday, and around the 4th, 5th, or something I have to move out of the apartment Im renting right now. :/ The owner wants it back. Its really perfect for me and the price is very good, so I was looking foward to stay. But it seems like its not going to happen.

So Im going to have a few pretty busy days at the beginning of January, but I only pretend to play 20 days of each month. So I will have time to pick this up around the 6th, which is Monday so works good for order. Then I would have every weekend in January free but every week day as work day. Im going to try and go every weekend to the beach so that fits perfectly ^^
