Well last night was a fail. No cashes.

Have now lost 12.7% of my starting bankroll, down to $262.00

I think I'll drop to the $4.50 SNG, non-turbo tonight. Have 58 BI's for that. Also I have actually won that one before (I'm pretty sure).

And give the WCOOP one or two more goes.

My suggestions:
[ ] Review hand histories to identify mistakes.
[ ] Watch video or read articles on those issues.
[ ] Create you personal lessons learned log.
[ ] Play some SNG's or MTT's with the new knowledge fresh in mind.

Last night saw no action. Went for an hours jog so after that, shower, tea, put little one to bed, footy.... it was time to catch some beauty sleep.

Tonight I feel a big session. Will grab the usual snacks and drinks and will settle in for a night of poker.

Targets for tonight:

[ ] Play $4.50 SNG Non-Turbo x 2
[ ] View HH - make notes. Put hand and decisions on here.
[ ] Youtube/Google errors or key decisions
[ ] Play $4.50 SNG Non-Turbo x 2
[ ] Review difference
[ ] $2 cash game

I understand just two pre and two post in terms of reviewing what I've learnt isn't long enough, but it's a start

I agree. Large sample are need to be sure about the luck part in results, but you can learn from each and every hand. So again, good decision.

Have had to book tomorrow off of work to get me car MOT'd (will probably need a nice win to cover costs). So I'll be able to grind a fair bit whilst the partner is at work and the little one is at nursery.

Really not having good luck tonight. If I have 3 of a kind aces, he has full house. If I have straight he has flush.

I've run my bankroll down to exactly $200. But am still in one tournament, am going okay in it. Currently rocking double average stack. Need a good run, ideally to the final table to get my bankroll back up to a respectable amount.

Then I think I will have to re think my set up. Currently 4 tournaments at a time
