I’m rooting for him… but poker players in general have a 95% failure rate (maybe higher) so I’m just being realistic.
I still don’t know how he procured 300k to play and lose. It’s just a big piece of the puzzle. Maybe I missed it in some post.
He can go on an insane run and win 300k. It’s possible. I want it to happen.
I just know a lot of people who go into debt and then they start winning but the second they pay their debt they lost control again and lose it all.
Paying debt off is similar to losing money in poker. Say OP gets to 200k wants to pay 100 k or 50k… he’s gonna feel like he just lost that amount from bankroll.
This is the hard part of paying back debts. You need a plan and you need to stick to it. You also need to be in the top 5% of tilt control when half your roll is gone wo playing a single pot.
