goals no looking at results regularly bad for mental game so actually use bankroll management do 5-8buyins gambles
beat zoom omaha and holdem regular tables
avoid monkey tilting like plague and too much unnecessary spew auto pilot c-d game
my goal is beat the games not tilt, and spew too much, and use bankroll management (which i need work out)

Best defence for Anti-Tilt is solid theory foundation imo.
Alot of forms of tilt are rooted in the uncertainty and unfamiliarity. GL
