Started the year with tilt but it`s time to stop this cycle of complaining and negativity.
Even though I ran bad, I only lost 50$ish if I calculate rakeback, so not that bad.
I also made a written plan to get back and crush the games.
In 2024 I want to be in top 30 SNGs players and in 2025 in top 10.
A summary of what am I going to do:
1. regular sleeping program
2. 1 hour/day of learning (5days/week) and a a session of at least 2 hours/week when I dive deeper. 10 hands review at the beginning and end of session.
3. weekly schedule for playing and focusing on good play, not results.
4. pull-ups and meditation before each session. I`m already doing this for a couple of months.
5. cooking. It`s healthier, cheaper and helps with the extra fat. I`m already doing this but I want to improve and order less. I`ll not focus on losing kilos because I`m in shape right now. Just focus on eating healthy and exercise.
6. walk outside at least 30 min/day. BTW the hour set for review will be on a walking pad/standing desk.
7. process loss in a healthier way, not by avoiding it.
8. maybe this should be first: stop complaining, accept and acknowledge what I can and can`t control.
So, my bakroll is around 1400 now and I will only play 5-10$ turbos. I have money to live for 1-2 weeks. If I can`t make profit in 1-2 weeks, I`ll close my private pension for 4k and I`ll have around 2-3 months for living expenses. Next step will be to sell my car wich will give me 6-9 months of living expenses. I`m set until the end of the year and I can focus on improving and playing.
