My name is bogwat and on Monday 6/20/2022, I decided that I want to start a challenge that I'd document to all you fine poker players.
Background: Like many of you here, I started playing poker with friends and instantly became addicted. I began my journey playing on ACR depositing $25 bullets several times before going busto each and every time. I was so **** and lost so many BI's at 2nl I would've made our lord and savior, Paistings proud. I knew I needed to improve, so that's when I bought my first ever poker course from BlackRain79.
After reading BlackRain79's Crushing the Microstakes, I decided it was time to get my sweet revenge from all the sharks circling 2nl. Deposited $50 from the weekly tips I received from delivering pizza, and as luck would have it... I went busto even faster. Then it happened, my buddy George asked if I wanted to hit up Morongo, and I decided that this was it. I tried memorizing whatever **** rfi ranges I could find and tried to study it during the hour drive it took to get there.
I sat down at the dog **** 1/2 game with 50bb cap and took my first shot playing live poker. By the miracle of God, I managed to make a profit of $19 and felt a high that could only be described as being better than nutting. I was ****ing hooked. I began playing every weekend and building up a roll until I turned 21 where I could play 2/3 with the big dogs at the Gardens. My only form of studying was watching Brad Owen and Andrew Neeme vlogs and it somehow improved my skills to the point where I was beating the shitty 2/3 game for 7bb/hr.
I eventually decided that I should probably take the game a bit more serious and hired a coach. This propelled my poker career as I was able to start grinding 5/5 for 10bb/hr and occasionally take shots at the 5/10 game. That's where I'm at now folks, I'm 24 and I've been playing live poker semi-professionally for a few years now. I have a professional job in consulting like a loser, but that's life I guess. Maybe this challenge will force me to make a change :,)
The Challenge: From the beginning, I've always dreamt about crushing online poker. Something about being able to print massive amounts of money while sitting in your crusty boxers and drinking soda just appealed to me. So that's what I'm doing now. My goal is to start crushing zone on Bovada and I want all of you sharks to keep my ******ed ass in check. I had some extra btc laying around so I deposited $188.78 into my account. I'm going to take some aggro shots because **** it, why not.

The Goal: I wasn't going to make it a monetary goal, but **** it why not, it's more fun that way. The end goal is to play 200z & 500z by EOY and get the roll to $10k.
