So here goes my first year long PG&C thread...
I have never really had a set goal in poker and I think making one (and a thread to go with it) will inspire me to battle on, not blow my roll at any point and all in all achieve what I set out to.

Poker Goals-
[ ] Make 200k VPPs this year (preferably break 100k before end of July)
[ ] Profit >$15k
[ ] SuperSatt into 2 or more UKIPTs and 1 EPT for the fun (PCA2015ftw)
[ ] Satty into SM for for <$5 at least 4 times

Other Goals-
[ ] Pass summer exams – preferably AAAA, AABB would be good tho
[ ] Do >2hrs exercise per week *im lazy atm*
[ ] Have at least 2 full 4 week periods without bananas
[ ] Have a 2week trip to Amsterdam for online MTT grinding+bananas only (ironic considering goal above)
[ ] Have separate laptop/tower for only poker
[ ] Study, Study, Study - @tehpokers and in class

I will spend month 1 (January) to fine tune my schedule volume vs game type, I’m still currently torn between HU hypering it and 6max SnGing it, I’d also like to have a large set in stone Sunday Schedule which I will iron out, but to start ill be playing lower buy in sngs till i set weekly volume to what i can and cant do in stone grind, the BR up a bit and then will hit SuperNova200k grind hard from Feb/March onwards. I plan on moving from 4+ tabling HU hypers to 2 tables at a time to concentrate on lines as well.
For a judge of how big of a grind this will be for me my account is about 16 months old and lifetimes vpps are 45k, so to make 200k this year I will have to up my avg monthly volume by 6 times.
I’ll ramble on about the discretions and indescretions I make whilst hopefully learning along the way.
Possible freerolls to follow (will be lil ones tho!) i’ll set weekly/montly goals couple weeks in once we are playing, threadsavers promised if thread starts to suck...

I've done my share

So I've decided that I am scrapping the HU plan, and also an real form of hyper plan.
I'm just gonna grind out the 180s and have MTT sundays and makes mirrionz that way.

the 200kvpp goal will be hard but if i can continue the year the way its began all will be good.
Had a ~$2-3k weekend other week dont really have exact numbers and can't be bothered looking, procrastinators unite!
Some of this included the £1.1k ($1.8k) seat in UKIPT edinburgh i won...
now im not saying i got the worst seat in the room, but i late regged 5 mins in... i got mement_mori, vicky coren (both EPT champs) fraser mcintyre (ept runner up) chris something (ukipt winner) and im sure there was a 2nd ukipt winner/ept reg at the table it sucked, it sucked hard.
got moved lost a flip, ala day1b casualty
played a side on the sunday night as well, i shove ~11bb from bb when utg+3 min raises, i have AdTc he has 6d7d, flop comes ddd and miss the rest of diamonds for end to weekend, finished like 40th/150 with 20 paid, sucks

plan on playing ukipt dublin which is in 4-5 weeks, inbetween then its the 4.50/3.50+R rebuys

also adding a new goal to year

ive done well in this tournament lifetime but you have to run super good to battle through that many HUs, im gonna take it down 2014

Not really played live cash ever, except in home games. Something I should give a bash but ye olde BR doesn't allow for that at the moment, I take it they are 1/2 100bb buyins?

Defo worth it even if u just take 1 £150 bullet or something, games really are so good and even if u wanted to sit shorter youd print money with the amount of dead money goin in pre. Yeah 1/2 uncapped, min buyin £100, game gets really deep most of the time too.

So this thread has been sucking majorly.

BOOM i have been studying

So I'm now backed for 180's up to 4.50's at the moment though I've been putting in more volume at the 2.50's, cause they reg faster. Going good and hope to move to 8's very soon!

Had many deep runs recently in MTT's, 88th in Sunday storm (44krunners), 23rd in bigger11 (21.5krunners), 9th in full tilt tourn (5.7krunners) and 11th in 2+R (2.6krunners).

So i am feeling good about my game though I am going to hopefully do a bit of work with the hand histories of these and see if I can improve my late game though most eliminations have been bad beats/coolers I feel I could be hoovering up more chips without getting to showdown.

Also had a successful return to MP here which is really good, thought I would have been treated like a lepur but I think everyone know's I'm working hard to make 'em some dollazz.

This weeks agenda involves shipping some micromillions, lots o' 180's and a long crushing sundae.
