Am looking routines to my life. Starting tracking my results, study time, goals and sports.
Like to play tournaments, learning cash games for live tables and also like different sport types. My backround about tournaments are close to 15000 tournaments with ROI 15%+ and Abi 20$. Cash game hands under 250k. One time losed my tournament winnings to ruolette.
Have been lazy to full time player. Now trying to make a breakthrough to make that happen. Also adding time for exercise and hobbies. My hobbies are swimming, soccer, bowling, gym, counter-strike and walking. Trying to change that walking to running during winter. In winters I like snowboarding and cross-country skiing.
To make The breakthrough will make two big changes; unplug TV from electricity and stop smoking. Those decisions makes more time for poker and study.
My goals are:
Stop smoking - use just a vape
Be full time player - play 8 to 18 hours per day including study time.
Track your score in hobbies, cash games and tournaments.
Eat healthy
Meditation
Had some long term goals too. Just let start with these ones.
Have bad issues with mental game. Trying to look way to avoid tilt. Feeling it is stopping my every good session or good run. Now am trying to avoid tilt with hobbies, deep breathing and meditation. Also using healthy food and some vitamins.
My starting bankroll will be 1000€. Starting NL25 and 5$ and under tournaments.
Got deep run going with 5.40$ Bounty Hunters Warm-up $500K GTD [Final] Top 5% for Day 2. What is playing next Monday.
Had late evening exercise while writting this. Walking and found new outside gym.
