what is up fellas, somehow havent been updating lately despite putting in decent volume in the gym in the lab and at the tables. dont really have topo much to report tho on any front really. hit a big downer last week in terms of psyche for some reason ( i think its a mix of playing back to back full 14 hour sessions on saturday+sunday, and losing bricks in both days, which naturally leads to a death monday but somehow i wasnt able to recover until saturday from that) so didnt really put in any meaningful volume last week. went to the gym somehow but had to force myself much later than planned originally on one day and ran into extreme peak traffic which sucked cuz waiting times went thru the roof, and then i ended up almost passing out bc my body was just completely rekt, and one more time on saturday which went much smoother
gf and i have made a habit of doing a date night once a week where one of us picks what we do and sat was her pick so we went to one of the best asian places i ve ever been at. it does this all you can eat deal for like 20€ but if u dont finish more than one dish (they come in small portions so u can actually try out a bunch of things) u have to pay for that portion, to reduce wasteage which i thought was really nice. orders happened via tablets and the kitchen was huge and literally behind us making for a real nice cozy feel.
think sunday went pretty meh. i managed to come 3rd in the sunday starter for like 3.6k but didnt have much else so made only a tiny bit of profit. gotta say tho that party is hitting its stride with the recent developments in the schedule. sudnay was legit first time in laif i didnt have the biggest portion of buyins on stars which says a lot. gotta sadly admit that the party increase has happened to the detriment of my 888 volume tho. gotta try and make myself skip more slave timbeys on aidsstars and support the good guys. i ve been invited into the players skype group for getting feedback for party and kinda like what s been happening there. crossing my fingers my suggestions get implemented, would be so huge both for me and the site tbh
lastly, i started dabbling in crypto. but being the fish that i am i bought bitcoiun cash pretty close to its peak 3 days back scared i d miss out on the massive upswing it was inevitably having and lost a bunch but swapped that for bitcoin today and am back to zero overall which is nice. gonna skip the short term nonsense as i m jsut too big a whale and do a bucnh of readingbefore doing the next idiot move in that space

anybody going to the gym 3 days a week who can recommend me a training plan that doesnt combine back and biceps but makes sure the biceps are hit twice a weeek? ( i.e. back on one day and straight up biceps on a diff one)? seems much smarter to not have a full week off between biceps sessions
thinking about doing chest+bi+shoulder back+tri+abs legs. seems counterintuitive but i think this might be better until i plateau which wont happen in any near future. anybody have experience with a plan similar to this?
