Just doing 8 sets of heavy leg press and 4-5 sets of any machine for your ass should keep your leg proportional with the running as long as you dont bodybuild

i m training at home on a type of home gym thingy so aint got n machines to use for this. not bodybuilding so i assume deadlifts and squats with the bar should suffice

sup man didnt realize we played against each other today :O

was interesting to say the least. i feel lik i am rapidly improving and i am really pumped to knock out volume in both 180s and cash but i ve been on a pretty lol downer recently. cashing rate today was 3% at 8s lol. no fts at 8s and two fts at 2.5s where i got 9th and 8th or sth. games are definitely insanely fishy and i think if i grind those things hard itll even out. tons of oney in those thingies imo. played two sessions, 72 180s, dropped $388

gonna grind 180 strat now then try again tomorrow. good news is that including this $1.5k downer i ve had over the last like 10 days or so i ve made $9k since december.

good choice to start with the 2.50's to get back in the groove

if your planning to grind 180's/MTT long term i highly recommend to checkout sitngo Wiz. such an awesome program.

also hands down. your thread is awesome. seems like you're the only one who's really putting effort in editing and updating etc.

whole thing is filled with recipes, boobs and schedules.. very nice

As long as your getting 7-8 hours a sleep on majority of nights, I doubt it's that unhealthy. When I goto the casino I play from 1pm-5am then wake up at 11am, now that is unhealthy.

I moved over to Intertops. Same network, super quick withdrawals and amazing customer support. Would highly recommend.

I am not an expert on this subject, and I agree the amount of sleep is important. But there is much written about the when if you feel like checking. In general, though, if you are feeling good, you are probably ok imo.

RB is the same as Lock, 36% I think? Cashouts are $50, which is well worth it to have the money in a week's time. I play 6m cash, and there are plenty of tables. It's the same network as Lock so exactly the same player pool you had before. Being a new player you would be lumped into the "bad player" category for the new "Fair Play System" they have instilled. They haven't changed me to the "good player" category yet which is nice, but my friend is and says it's about 1/2 to 1/3 the amount of tables to play on and obv full of regs...which really sucks.
