I obv miscounted days available for goal #2 in that there only were 5 days total. As long as i do my shoulder exercise today i ll hit 5 there, haven’t gone to gym once tho and unlikely I ll make it today so somewhat of a fail somewhere between goal 1 and 2. I got shoulder pains about two days ago likely from going too hard so put even more intense activity on somewhat of a back burner.
Nailed my poker goals for the most part. Admittedly my second session despite going amazing was pretty meh performance wise for the first five hours. Of course in such small samples having a lower button rfi can be because cards don’t fall the way I expect but honestly I felt as though I had low focus. The goals I set adress specifically this manifestation of autopiloting so pretty bummed about that. My consistent marking of new hands shows I m paying attention though so not all bad
Did 4x the amount of review I had set out to so that’s great.
My massage Is Monday 11am so cutting Sunday a little short to accommodate. Maybe I ll just start a tad earlier as my rhythm still isn’t back to ideal. Classic problem of having a massive adrenaline rush at 4:30 am on a Thursday. Take it anytime tho haha.
So ya week 1 in the books and mostly happy with goals set and achieved. Goals for next 7 days in next post. Peace
