i sold a bunch of higher stuff early in the year so i m up a bit more than this. plus staking and buying shares etc year currently at around 54k all things considered. gonna grind monday and tuesday then take wed off then back on the 5 day grind

i was just in a sht place life wise and all along knew it had a negative effect on my play. i wasnt rly grinding i was plaiyng to make the negative thought go away. since i ve gone back to focussing on poker and actually having goals it seems my game and results have gone back to where i think they should be. lesson learned i guess. was pretty expensive lesson tho

im experiencing it right now , not on the same level, but for my stakes is kinda big so if you have any advice for me i would highly appreciate it

Review recent hh's with someone good, replace some tougher mtts with soft ones to regain confidence, run good = profit

yea pretty much what anon said. review a bunch play a bit lower and play softer mtts for a bit till u get back in the groove. rest will sot itself out

Im usually doing reviews and started watching more Run it once videos

My ABI is already low , around 10$ , but i hope things will be good soon , almost 5k games on down

try to reduce table count and cut out turbos as much as u can for a while. play low variance high roi games

yes, maybe i should quit turbos as im playing all till 11 $ and im adding 2-3 hypers per session also, small ones .

my last won tournament was a turbo one in february and i was playing them as i thought that you never know when variance is on my side .
