It doesn't make you play badly. You choose to play badly. You could choose not to.

This is the first time in the whole thread that you've admitted to playing badly.

Can you post the big pots from your last session where you played badly?

OP, maybe there’s like a 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 that you’re actually a winning player, and you’re just the unluckiest ever. There’s also a 1 in 100 chance a person is born with an intellectual disability. Which do you think you are?

Please quit poker. How are you so afflicted that you can’t beat 2nl, yet still have the luxury/opportunity to dump 20k at micros. Pick up more shifts and get rid of your computer. Seek help.

+1 for a monthly graph and a winning hand though

first thing what op has to understand is what is variance. good players loose the mnimum when running bad, and exploding wr when they run good. capish paisint

Paisting, i dont belive you have ever read a poker book. At least read half of f.eks "grinders manual". Work on your EV against ranges. If you have huge mental issues, seek help or at least help your self! Eat healthy, go to gym and find some other hobby besides poker.

I think the problem is that the books he read never say out loud that "you should not raise 100bb over a 2bb open" because the author assumes that to be obvious.

If so then its mental health problem. Which is not something to laugh about(not saying you do). But its up to author if he wish to live such life.

I started that book you mention about but frustrated because it was very basic at the start. Healthy lifestyle is important and I’m not drinking at all. When grinding 40-50k hands per month there’s no time for gym training. That’s sad.

From what other players said, the book is good. You should keep reading. You´re really bad at poker, so you have no right to be frustrated because the book is very basic. Just sit and read the book to the end.

Also, no reason to skip going to gym and doing good things for your physical/mental health, especially to put volume, when you´re -EV. The more volume you put, the more you´ll lose in the end. Either because of your poor ability, or because of your poor mental health. At least doing these activities instead of playing would help you on the mental front.

Learn (or relearn) the basic stuff, do small and quality sessions. If you ever become ok in the game and solve your lifetilt issues, then (and only then) you can think about volume and trying to regrind your losses.

you said you were unemployed with no family, seriously what the ****? or you're just scared you would start throwing barbells and weights around the gym after failing a set of 4*8 reps?

You gonna answer my question dude? You admitted to playing badly after getting sucked out on, so post those badly played hands here.

Can we get more trolling and less advice in here please? He doesn't want to get better at poker or life.

We're all waiting for the graph of how much you're up since you started this thread.

Or maybe everybody should just ignore him? He´s probably in desperate need of attention, because any normal person would be ashamed of posting his story, graphs and hands. I won´t post here in this thread anymore, so GL everyone!

Imagine him reading The Grinder's Manual, building a good strategy for 2nl and then proceeding to play the 10 million hands or so he needs to get back to even. It would be the greatest comeback of all time. I'm afraid it won't work out and I'll have to go back to posting about welfare checks and food stamps, but like many others imo I'm hoping for this 1/99999 chance to come true. As delusional as it may be lol.

You're correct that while OP may be telling the truth, that he is indeed actually trolling. Your strategy of ignoring him is the best way to deal with trolls but we demand the graph!

Everyone likes a comeback story, but yes, you're being delusional.

Here's graph from last month. I really dont't understand how can it be so much. 90 hours and 48k hands. No reward for hard work and sitting at the computer. Makes me feeling sad and sick at the same time. This is not fighting against blind stealers, this is fight against real criminals.

Silver linings though; at least you ran 35 buy ins above EV.

I’ve said it before, but you seem unwilling to listen. Either let someone sweat you and point out the multiple mistakes you’re making in every single hand, or quit poker and forget this pipe dream of ever becoming a winning player.

Also, hands 12k-13k it looks like you’ve lost 150 buy ins over this stretch. Are you literally just jamming preflop every hand for 1000 hands? Same goes for 34-35k mark.

Villain raises to 2BB
Paisting raises to [eff. stack] and is all in
Paisting shows ATC and loses [eff. stack]
Paisting "really doesn't understand how can it be so much"
Paisting loses 1 HP
Paisting deposits

Typical "unlucky" day at work.
If the winning regs are "real criminals", are you trying to be a criminal Paisting? I thought you were better than that.

Yeah OP needs to self-exclude from poker sites, including this one as it feeds his addiction and join Gamblers Anonymous. But that ain't happening I'm just here for the lulz.

Even if he became a winning player at micros through mental coaching he would just eventually lose it at higher stakes and dump it there.
