I may have been a bit harsh but it's a serious point. If you make yourself aware of statistical probability, even in the most basic form, then your mental state to play poker will improve and so will your results. If you work on your mental game too as well then you won't tilt. Mental leaks are still the biggest area for improvement in almost all players. Bike is a perfect example.

What I would say is that you cannot remotely compare losing a few hundred quid to big 5 or 6 figure loses when it's your actual livelihood.

The 08 forum for example is not moded in a harsh way. The most popular 08 thread is the insult and pissing thread where most stuff flys.
