Hey stasia, sorry, i didn't mean to sound like i was criticising u (we've all said stuff at the tables before etc). I've played with said player quite a few times albeit at 200 or 100 deep tables. I'm pontylad on stars and was on the waitlist for the table (for obvious reasons) but not played that much 400 6 max recently so am not surprised you don't recognise me haha.
I honestly can't remember all the chat off the top of my head, just remember catching some of the end of it, actually the only reason i posted in this thread is because as i was posting the same thing into the chat box at the table, you finished your session and left before i had hit enter then i remembered you had this thread here. Like i said, i can't remember exactly what was written, but I was on skype with another reg an we were both like "ooooo not sure table chat is the best place for his conversation" haha but it probably wasn't all that bad at all. Is all good though, and like I said sorry if i sounded too critical. The guy just plays all day though (albeit mainly 100/200), and can disappear then come back v quickly so was just worried about him reading anything at all related to the hands (let alone him).
I think you have a very solid thread and enjoy reading it. keep up the good work and gl on hitting all your goals fella!
Turn:($202.00, 2 players) T BB checks, Hero checks
River:($202.00, 2 players) T BB bets $198.00, Hero calls $198.00
Spoiler:
BB shows J T (Full House, Tens full of Nines) (Pre 40%, Flop 25%, Turn 80%) Hero mucks K Q (Two Pair, Tens and Nines) (Pre 60%, Flop 75%, Turn 20%) BB wins $595.20
What is the plan on the turn ? We have enough sd value to try to just ch it down ? We could bet the turn cause we have equity. Would be happy if he folds worse and very happy if something better sometimes. We can value bet bigger on K/Q/J.
Sick pot, looks like I should try out the deep tables sometime.
Before moving to 400NL + 600NL I was mainly playing the deep 200NL tables, which ran all day long... Sadly there are fewer deep tables (if any) running at the MSNL, so whenever I can start one or join one, I do.
I remember once seeing a Phil Galfond vid where he played 400NL and they kinda crushed him, and he spent like 10 minutes explaining how his ranges are a bit rusty for 6max 100bb deep, and that most of the regs have standart RFI/3bet/4bet/WhatEver ranges, which are kinda perfect GTO-wise, and when he tries to step out of line he gets immediately punished..
His main conclusion was that he thinks online poker world should move on to deep tables (at least 200bb) in order to bring back poker skills

All good man I do understand the "don't tap on the tank" and never talk about fish, and always talk only about my game... not to mention some regs criticized me and "opened an evil eye" on my winnings..:P
What is your best advice to become more creative with plays at the table? Seems like ur the right person to ask for a post flop nit like me.
Generally speaking I would search for situations where I make a move only for value, and when I'm practically nuts, where my opponents always fold (for example - BU opens, I call SB with 66, flop A T 6 rainbow, I check-call, turn 2, I check-raise, he folds most of his range, including value range), and try to put there some bluffs at a 80-20 ratio (value-bluff). Just search for situations that if u do the specific move it means your nuts and everybody else knows it (e.g 4bet cold from blinds etc.) and mix it up a bit...
What game did you start out playing and what sort of bankroll management do you use? thanks. great thread.
Mainly played 100NL+200NL 6max, used a 30 buy-in rule. When I reach 30 buy-ins of higher stake I move up, as soon as I reach 30 buy-ins of lower stake I move down.
cool thread, i haven't read it all yet but there were some interesting hands and i'm planning on going back and reading the rest sometime, and hopefully getting involved in some of the discussion from here on in, i'm playing similar stakes on euro sites.

best of luck!
TY, u r very much welcomed to respond on any hand that seems interesting to you, from the past or present...
Was one of my best months in my poker career, and the best month since the No-Limit Era. I ran at 20 bb/100, felt great with my game, and my handling vs the other regs.
PTR is long gone, but from seeing old "ultimate grinders" listings, I'm probably the most earning player at PokerStars at 400NL...:P

Some interesting hands from last week...
Hand 1: Call to 4bet with QQ, 300bb effective, vs aggressive fish
River:(€424.47, 2 players) A
SB checks, Hero bets €545.27 and is all-in, fold
Hero wins €423.22
That's it for now... Already have the proper bank-roll to give it a go to 1k NL, but waiting for exams to over, and last 5 days were kinda tough (lot's of sick comebacks from deep holes I dag myself, proved some character). Have some thoughts regarding how would I play at 1k NL, will share them when the time will be appropriate.
If you guys have a problem with Postgres password when switching between PokerTracker / HEM , I've made somewhat short vid with no sound showing how to change the password in a very simple form through windows.

Whats been you biggest downswing in terms of BIs and over how many hands?
I'm not sure but I think at my limit days, I had -20k downswing, when grinding 12 hours a day for 2 weeks to win some wsop package at PartyPoker not so sure how much was it in BI, but prob around 40-50, for something like 60k hands. Not sure if I should call it a "downswing" though, cause I played too many tables and wasn't playing good.
At the No-Limit era, I think it was no more than 20 BI, and then I would just move down at stakes and rebuild my confidence.
It seems to me that most guys who have major downswings are probably to stubborn to move down / kind of playing too loose when moving down and not carrying so much about the lower amounts.

First week of July has now ended, was pretty tough week, I was making my life harder before the move to 1K NL, was openening tables, playing the best regs HU at the 6max deep-tables, and experimenting new stuff.
At two of the 5 sessions I reached my stop-loss, but was able to recover both sessions into break-even, which really built my confidence.
Ran at 6bb/100, expected was 8bb/100.

This time I will focus on hands played vs very good regs, to try and show you what kind of image do I have at the MSNL tables, after all my call 4bet OOP shiiittt
Do you think its a good bluff by the villain in the 55 hands? what is he trying to represent do you think? also what is the worst hand you call him with? thanks.

Seems to me like it was a good line by villain. He decided from pre-flop to play the hand aggressively, the flop came kinda good for him, he can easily represent 67/44/55/45/A2s/33.
Luckily for me, and bad for him, I was at the top of my range. I can imagine myself doing a LOT of call turn-fold to river shove, so it's a great move by him.
I personally try to choose these spots when I have at least SOME equity (like runner-runner-flush etc), but I don't think it matters that much.
