I really only play live these days since Black Friday. I have less then 5k hands online in the past 6 months.

The last 6 months I played, I started with $37 on Full Tilt playing 5NL. When BF hit I was playing 25NL and FT owes me a little over 4k right now.

I am trying to put off my tilt issues as well at the micros. I am playing on Merge right now and I would not recommend it. Its just a bunch of solid regs for the most part. One of my biggest flaws (and I see a few of these in your hand histories) is overvaluing TPTK or an overpair. My stats for the most part are ok but when I look at my reports on what hands have lost the most I see that it is 1 pair hands the most. Thanks kingsmen, yeah you r right about 1 pair, overpair or 2 pairs we lose often, because those are actually hands we get most of the time on the flop..

Merge is not just solid players at micros. 4NL is full of fish. If you think 4NL or 10NL is full of solid regs, wait until you hit 50NL.

You guys have the exact problems I had when I could not beat 10NL. I would win 4 days in a row and then tilt off all my profit on the 5th day, etc, etc. I also overvalued Top pair and over pairs way way too much. It took a LONG time for me to get to be able to fold an over pair. Ex. You have QQ IP and open for 3x and get called by the BB, flop comes 973cc. BB checks, you bet, he calls. Turn is a safe 2h. BB checks, you bet, BB shoves (or just raises). YUCK. Back in the day I call this all day long, but not anymore. Letting go of TP and over pairs is critical to your win rate (unless you have a read otherwise).

Just remember this. One pair hands are MEDIUM strength hands regardless if they are top pair or an over pair. It is still only ONE PAIR. When facing a spot similar to what I explained above, think the hand out before putting your chips in the pot. If villain has not be stacking off with medium or light holdings, what makes you think he would do it now?

River bets and turn raises are the biggest bets in NLHE and where the money is made. You can't make too many mistakes in those spots.

How many times do ppl have to tell you to stop calling 3bs

Many times, i instead 4bet with somehow a hand depends what HUD is showing on villain, still get a call with T8o, u see those 3bets, i know i am favorite preflop, shame on them, 3betting light with just stupid hands and hit nuts must be a good feeling though..

My statement would be based on a limited hand sample for sure. I definitely see more weaker players at 10NL vs 25NL. I have not played much 50NL yet. I just wish there was a larger player pool to play against.

33 is not ahead of 97, its 50/50. fold to the 3b unless your 200bb deep. Why are you going crazy on the flop?

Same with the AJ hand fine to 4b but why do you call? what hand do you think call the 4b and bluff that flop that you beat?
