Battling rake on GG

Long story short, I got banned from ipoker and now I'm playing on GG. I don't have any real cash game experience cos I used to play MTTs. I've been treading water all month at 2nlz on GG, mainly because the rake is so high. I think I've lost 2/3 of my profit to rake
I still like the site though, especially the traffic and I'm going to see where I can get.
Started: $40
Now: $100.03
Anyone knows some tips to avoid the rake trap, then fkn tell me

Back at it this month. Went pretty well and I also got ~$25 from the rake race. Played a little 5nl and won a bit but also lost about the same amount in spin n go games - feel I was unlucky there (getting low prizes and bad luck
) Next level is 10nlz so I have to win a lot to be able to move up. I think I will stil be doing OK at that stake as I have done in the recent past.
As soon as I master the ludicrous pokercraft feature I will post some HHs too - you can all see my uber-nitty folds

I've made a few adjustments for playing zoom, since I can only play on GG for the time being.
I'm buying in for the minimum on all 4 tables (50c BI
)
I'm opening way wider from all positions cos the pool is so tight. Also 3 betting more liberally.
I'm really battling for every splash pot. I RFI 100% where possible, call with all kinds of junk and try to get something going through the streets - seems to be working so far but maybe more luck than judgement
