Yearly I do not have any goals because my year is total **** anyway and I would not reach any goal ive set if I set one now because anything reachable is a defeat in itself

Hours dont know, but im increasing my volume overall and im aiming at 40k+ hands this month. I just want to focus on being a winning player on the stakes im currently at and take it from there.
bench - all this pokers ****ed my training up, so consumed with it it takes all my spare time. My PR is 225lbs/100kg and im probably hovering at 209/95kg now with one week or two in me, id have no problem with putting 198/90kg in current state, probably even with without any strengthtechnique and pause at the bottom. Im happy if i put up 225lbs again by the end of the year and take it from there.
Squat - Same story different numbers, ATG PR is weak 264lbs/120kg, probably only does 242/110kg now if that. So much "YOLO no FEAR" in squatting imo

Deadlift - 374lbs/170kg probably pulls 352lbs/160kg pretty easy.
Overhead press - being my worst of all by far, secondly being squats obviously if you look at my overall strength as im severly lacking in that department compared to upperbody strength. PR being 62,5 or 65kg (143 lbs or so) without push, I think im trailing at 121/55kg or lower now.
I eat gluten, lots of it. But mainly because im not dieting for the moment, im skipping most glutenproducts when cutting weight, however not cutting and having kids makes skipping it altogether there aswell hard. I enjoy the moments where im sitting with the kids and having a "kvällsfika rostat med oboy" (evening toast with chocolate milk). They are very talkative and expressing themself/woundering alot about life and stuff in general when sitting down during the evening and slowing down a bit. Dark outside and a candle or two on the kitchen table lit makes it some epic quality time. Itīs a nice preparer for bedtime since its quite soothing in a pleasant way.
