Looking to push myself for the last part of the year. Been donking around between 2NL and 1oNL for the past 8 months just making a bit of money and cashing out due to RL money issues. I've finally got them all in order and am looking to make the long grind through the micros from 2NL to 1ooNL before the year is out.

I'll be playing between 4 and 8 tables. Most days I'll probably only put in between 5oo and 1,ooo hands but on my days off from work I'll hopefully be able to push it closer to 2,ooo. Gonna just stick with the 2oBIs rule until I run into any trouble moving up.

Basically making this thread to try and keep me motivated and give me somewhere I can constantly update my progress.

Played less than an hour session before work. Down a buyin. Had a flip with a shorty TT < AQ and won a BI off an aggro donk but lost it back and then some in the next hand when he hit his draw.

All in all, still positive about this. Not got into fullswing mode yet.

Oh dear... not the start I planned. After the first day an 2K hands I'm down 5BIs at 2NL. To be fair to myself, it's been a lot of coolers, suckouts and hitting the top part of fishes ranges. Along with that I've had hardly any action with my big hands but I'll definitely be looking over my play to see where I'm making mistakes.

Will get cracking again tonight after work. Hopefully I can get back on track and out of 2NL as quick as possible.
