556 H 2.15 Hrs. 4 TABLES NET +$46.30

Played solid, got D/C'ed and kicked off all 4 tables that basically had close to 200BB's or more... very disappointing. For the first time in almost a week, I got kicked off all 4 tables at the same time. It's a big improvement from WIFI but still annoying nonetheless. I'm going to look into a way to improve my connection. Done after 2 hours, I may grind again later tonight but I doubt it.

Elliot Roe's mp3s -

I use hypnotherapy mp3's from Elliot to help me get mentally prepared for a grind. I pick an mp3 that I feel needs reinforcement before a session and relax to the soothing sounds and positive reinforcement ready to dominate and limit my mistakes. He's worked with many top pros in poker and MMA alike. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. After using these for close to half a year religiously, I can definitely see massive improvements to my mentality and outlook pre, mid and post-session. They range from 7 to 15 minutes with calming music and motivational speeches from Elliot that get me ready/pumped to grind.

Massive station, I saw him donk the flop once with trips, HU. Probably a bad raise on the river considering the player type.

He hadn't 3bet in his short time at the table, I probably should've bet the flop and that would've been that... most likely. I wasn't what to make of his river bet since he bet 1/4th pot. If he makes a standard value bet size on the river, I may find a fold.

Massive station after 1 orbit, called 2bets w/ weak suited aces and OS Ax combos. I was pretty sure he'd never fold a Qx combo OTF and when the turn pairs MP, he's never folding that either. All I can get to reasonably lay down to a double barrel is 4x combos, weak PP's and S.C's that missed. I don't think he's folding OESD's, FD's, even GSSD's combos let alone good pairs so I gave up.

1,514 H 5.45 Hrs. 4 TABLES NET -$10.68

Ran terrible from the start, came back just to lose it again towards the end. I didn't get action with most of my big hands but I kept my emotions under control and played reasonably well anyway. When I got action, I got drawn out on or coolered. Just a ton of crappy spots for most of the session. Got kicked off the table with my biggest stack while other tables ran and closed the rest.

Thanks Elliot, I appreciate it! I have attended your webinar with Tricia and found them to be the pivotal point in taking the game more seriously, making lifestyle changes and having a routine. Since then, I've won more, lost less and NEVER have I had so much fun and confidence playing the game I love. Thanks for all your help and I hope to attend more in the future.

A bit over-aggressive vs. a loose-passive station. Decided to raise his 1/3 PSB donk-bet figuring he'd check-raise w/ his good hands... not sure why I thought that. Think I'm being too generic w/ lines and ranges for value for a loose-passive player.

Played reasonably well, misplayed a few hands and had a lot of tough spots. Kept my emotions in check, almost no tilting for the whole session. Got kicked off 6 tables in total, luckily my stack of 700BB+ was not affected all day. Kept joining new tables and maintained until I started running better.

Profits off due to D/C's & import issues, this hand was not imported.

I just didn't think he had Ax or a FD, I checked the river for pot control and to induce a bluff. At least I was right about him not having Ax/FD.

I assumed he had rivered his FD for him to jam his stack after donking the flop and check-calling the turn. Looks like a standard draw line taken from a rec. (40/20 over 80+ hands) with a draw.

I probably should've folded to the river jam since it's unlikely he's getting too out of line vs. a 850BB stack but he was really taking weird lines and playing over-aggressively from what I had seen. Most players don't check-raise the turn light but the min-raise and the check-call on the flop confused me. Some players do that with draws (especially the min-raise) so he could've also had KQ or a FD. I didn't think he'd make this play on the turn w/ AJ either. I leveled myself into thinking he had seen enough of me just betting most flops after raising most times it was folded to me. I seem to be stacking off with 1 pair hands for huge pots lately, something I hardly ever used to do. I think because I'm playing so much more aggressive than I used to, I kind of talk myself into calls figuring that they're figuring I'm getting out of line, so they may be over-adjusting. I have made more good calls than bad but I have to improve on this. Basically, I'm still trying to figure out when they'll start playing back at me when I'm really aggressive. This would be a pretty easy laydown if I was just playing ABC but that's no fun.

Played well overall, just a tough session. I must've lost 15 pots on the river and couldn't get action with most of my big hands. Didn't get many big PP's at all and very few sets. AK/AQ cost me a ton today getting outdrawn and missing a majority of the time. I'm still proud of not tilting much and being in control of my emotions for the most part. On the bright side, I think I may have figured out a cure for my hardwired connection. 0 D/C's after the first hour by closing my VPN, hopefully that helps in the future.

November is in the books since I'm off today. I added up all my totals for June-now broken down by months. Here is the current totals since I gave up MTT's. I don't know what my career Big Bets/per hour is but being over 13 over 70K hands is such an accomplishment for me since I took this game as serious as can be from June. I would guess it's somewhere around 3-4 Big Bets/ per hour, maybe less up until 2014 in limited cash sessions since I primarily played MTT's online. I'd say my career splits would be around 85/15% MTT's/cash to this point.

I'm hoping in December, I can log 30k+ hands to get my 6 month total to 100K hands for a meaningful sample size. The first couple of months was 1/2 tabling working on major leaks and improving my though process so the hand totals and profits are not close to what they'd be if I had 4 tabled 20 sessions per month.

I played 5 session less in November than October. I also lost a handful of 200 BB pots that didn't happen too often in October.

Month by month breakdowns:
(1 D/C = 1 table I got kicked off)

Next year, I will log 25-30K hands every month... no matter what. I also plan to move up to 25NL sometime next year for sure. I just don't know when exactly, getting used to 4 tabling long sessions and playing closer to my A game than B game in the last few hours of my sessions is key. It also has to do with me plugging my bigger leaks before I start moving up to ease the transition and swings alike. Basically, I'd like to get as comfortable as possible 4 tabling 6 max cash before moving up since I've ALWAYS played FR. There is NO DOUBT I can crush 25NL but I'd feel more comfortable doing it after I get a few more months of 4 tabling 6max under my belt before moving up as well as work on other areas of my game first to progress (my game and the stakes) as fast as possible. I'd rather try out new lines, new ideas, etc. at 10NL where it's less expensive when things go wrong as opposed to 25NL+. I'm in it for the long haul, so the profits are not an immediate concern. Progressing my game as fast as possible w/ as few setbacks as possible is priority #1.

Last month was the first month I averaged 4 tables per session, it's been an adjustment for sure... every month since June, the average tables per session has been creeping up as more leaks were plugged and as my confidence grew. I went from getting comfortable 1 tabling 6max to 4 tabling in 6 months. Next year, we'll be able to spend more time 4 tabling all sessions and moving up. December will be key for me, I'm curious to see my stats over 100k hands. I'm considering playing 7 days a week but for less hours per day... IDK, have a month to decide.

I've learned about treating the game like a business, strategies, drastically improved my thought process, the mathematical side of the game, using poker tools/software to improve, hand ranges, posting religiously on forums, having the proper mentality, controlling my emotions, sticking to a routine, eating healthier, cutting out soda, exercising on a regular basis and most importantly, trusting my gut. It's been a hell of a year. I've learned so much about my own strengths and weaknesses since being 100% objective and committed. I feel like a completely different player since I gave up MTT's and I can't wait to crush in 2016. Giving up the chronic next year won't be easy but it will definitely boost my game/profits as well, so it'll be worth it.

Top 10 losses:

Maybe I should've check-called the river to induce or maybe he doesn't jam but makes a moderate bet to possibly avoid getting stacked... then again he probably jams himself. IDK... Even if he bets 1/3 pot on the river after I check, it'd be pretty tough for me to just call the river bet. He was pretty agro, 78/50 over 97.
