Just upgraded to the paid version for Pacifica for $25/year. Looks like I made a good investment. The app's stock options for keeping logs include: sleep duration, cannabis intake, exercise, alcohol intake, meditation, medication, caffeine, family, friends, etc. The first three is all I'm really interested in but may use the others at some point. Probably the best app I've ever purchased. Eager to see how my sleep times affect my win/loss in the long-term. There's also visualization and muscle relaxation techniques.
Forums - After responding to posts that I'm subscribed to via e-mail, I do some skimming of new thread topics across 4 forums and respond or make a new thread myself. I post whenever something I can't figure out on my own comes to mind, which is pretty frequent.
Had another rough sess where I couldn't get action on most of my big hands. Also couldn't hit a draw. My bluffs didn't work too well today either, w/ a few double and triple barrel bluffs that got picked off. I made a few loose PF calls today that I normally don't make b/c I let my emotions get the best of me for a little while.

Push-ups/weights - I do as many push-ups as I can in a row for a warm-up. Then I follow a video for a routine that takes about 30 minutes working out every part of my body.
fold, CO calls 1 BB, fold, Hero raises to 5 BB, fold, CO raises to 15 BB, Hero raises to 333.1 BB and is all-in, CO calls 20.9 BB and is all-in
Flop:(72.8 BB, 2 players) 6 5 2
Turn:(72.8 BB, 2 players) 6
River:(72.8 BB, 2 players) 3
Spoiler:
CO shows Q Q (Two Pair, Queens and Sixes)
(Pre 71%, Flop 86%, Turn 93%) Hero shows J A (One Pair, Sixes)
(Pre 29%, Flop 14%, Turn 7%) CO wins 69.2 BB
Rake paid 3.6 BB
So the AJ hand looks really bad, but the hand before V had limped-shoved w/ 88 as a short stack and doubled up. This was the hand right after.
The hands where I took the 2 outers were about 30 minutes apart, in between I had gotten some hands cracked and I missed a ton of draws spewing c-bets. I was tilting a bit, which was maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I let it affect me since I started 4 tabling. It's definitely an adjustment playing 2 tables to 4. The swings are way bigger since I'm playing 2x the hands. This will take some time to control.
The thing is I don't tilt b/c it's a lot of money (obviously), I try to play the same no matter if I'm playing 1/2 or .5/.10. This way, when I move up, I don't have to make huge adjustments as I'm playing optimally as a whole. Not my best session, but I am proud of some bluffs I picked off, for not letting the tilt get out of control and for planning out moves in the hand before taking action.
Tough sess, lost a bunch of flips, a few coolers and got rivered a few times. Missed a ton w/ AK/AQ. Had better tilt control today. Ran some good bluffs which helped w/ the losses. Played through a headache, played well considering the circumstances.

Memory app - Not sure if it's available on Android. It's a simple/quick game where there's a grid of boxes that light up to indicate which boxes need to be remembered/selected and you have to select all those boxes once they stop lighting up by tapping on them. You have 3 seconds to memorize the boxes before they stop lighting up. The grid gradually gets bigger and harder since the boxes to choose from increases.
What a stressful sess. D/C'ed 3 times today but the first time, I only lost 1 table and was able to reconnect mid-hand at the other 2 tables... so I opened a new table and continued after losing my 2nd biggest stack of 160 BB's. A few hours later, I D/C'ed again but somehow managed to reconnect on all 4 tables. Final hour, I get D/C'ed on two tables while other two are running. Tried to open up 2 new ones but all I kept getting was "your request can't be processed at this time, please try again" every time I tried to buy in at a table. Eventually, I couldn't even check anything in the lobby, it was all blank. Then it says "you have been disconnected but it won't affect your play" or something. That makes sense, I'm playing on my final 2 tables fine but I'm disconnected. I started to take some more bad beats and called it a night. Such a promising start to the sess but after an hour, it went to ****.
Ran like crap again, most of my big pairs got no action somehow... even though I was extremely loose and aggressive. I played relatively well. I controlled my tilt WAY better than I did in the past handful of sessions. Bluffed in better spots overall, spewed less. Took different lines and experimented bluffing... had good overall success. Took down a bunch of pots I had no business taking down. Happy w/ my play overall and the planning/thought process during hands.
Got my CAT5 cable today... unfortunately after setting it up now, the cable seems to be stuck in my laptop port. I'm afraid to snap the plastic piece at the top of the cable that holds the cable firmly inside the laptop. I heard a slight crack and if I just yank it out, I'm sure it'll break the clamp that keeps it securely connected to the laptop. Of course I get the lemon. Just one of those days... or weeks. Probably have to unhook it all and send it back, then set up everything again after they ship me a new one. Everything that can go wrong seems to be going wrong recently.

Podcast w/ notepad txt. - I listen to The Poker Mindset, Jonathan Little, 2p2, The Mental Game and some others. I like to rotate between them and type notes in a text file while listening. Afterwards, I'll transfer these into an app for study.
Villain had been seen donk-betting K8o on AA6 rainbow... I guess that's more of a reason I should just call and re-evaluate. PokerStars - $0.10 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players Hand converted by PokerTracker 4
I lost a few hands where I gave up on a few 2x barrel bluffs but that's OK since I'll get action in return due to how active I am. Most 2x barrels got through to make a profit overall.
I'm OK w/ the way I played most of my hands, losing the minimum or close to it when bluffing and not paying off often w/ my second best hands. Had some 3x barrels that helped my bottom line as well. Did not get any picked off since I picked better spots which has a lot to do w/ the planning of the hand.
