Sorry to read + my sincere empathies for I recognise the patterns v well. The fact for me is they did get better eventually but I had to reconfig my whole life to minimise all potential stresses. Wrote a brief summary earlier ITT of what worked or perhaps you've seen it and tried them already. Sometimes things don't seem to have much effect immediately but do over time; potentially worth trying some things twice.. I will swear by Pizotifen 1.5mg once a day and an insanely healthy diet but that's easier said than done let alone when you're still in the thick of an endless pain cycle. We're all too different to recommend any one thing but I do believe the answers are buried out there in the migraine forums, esp in reading personal experiences of people who've managed to make it out and move on. At least that's how I got to here. One step/change a day/week.

My Cefaly cost about £250 if memory serves. Not cheap but 100% worth it from all the category 9s it's helped me through. You can buy cheap gel so you don't have to keep buying the little pads too. I don't know if my migraines will ever go away completely but they are around 90% more manageable now, thanks to compounding all the tips and experimentation

I'm stuck with client cos I use voice attack as a bet controller. AFAIK the browser doesn't target tables properly and the client barely does it anyway. Bottom line, if I have to use the browser I can't play on Sky. Where are the hotkeys? Oh, yeah,forgot, they hate it if you want to play well

I don't post how awful I play sometimes. Looks like I'm one of those spectrum players who can play well on form but my D game can still be cat-a-strophic.

Here are just some of the still 100+ total errors from 2nlz I haven't cleared yet:




And they're not really 2nlz errors. They're mostly station errors that are going to nuke my WR at any stake.



Still, I'm fairly confident when I master applying my A-game I can put the afterburners on and zip up the stakes rapidly enough but ONLY if I stop making these errors multitabling. I was reading something about how one blatant 100bb mistake can cost your WR up to 3 hours+ of grinding. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable if I'm ever going to grind out a living.

And truthfully, I don't regret dropping down at all. It took the pressure off and I was able to take more risks and adjust my fish thermostat. Granted, 90% of that boils down to 'just ****ing sigh-fold', but there are other little things too. A snap-raise by a fish, for example, is nearly always nutted, no matter how much you try and level yourself. I was missing a few of these fundamentals a year ago. imho

For me personally, I find that if I just take an extra few seconds before making my decision, I can make the correct one.

Far too often though, I'll just snap call when they raise, because "F U, I have 2 pair! There's no way you made your flush." Only to be shown a flush after calling.

Yeah it's crap like that really. Calls that often make some sense in-game because they're reasonable assumptions or counter plays against regs, but versus fish pure overthink. I have to learn how to oscillate between the two PoVs on demand

I am shocked you didnt like Grinders Manual. I loved it and thought it was a great start to understanding poker. I recommend it all the time.
