Back where we started? Yes. But I'm better now. Way better I think. Plus nice to know I'm there on merit.
Ended with a 6bb/100 which is fine. impossible to tell over a small sample, confident I'm there or thereabouts.

Not sure how to approach the next stage. On the one hand I want to get to 25nlz asap to test my skill level if nothing else, but... on the other, slightly more realistic hand, I need to learn how to 4-table zoom and hit consistent winrates @ 1k hands/hr - pretty sure that's the format I'll end up doing day to day if this ever goes pro. I've tried grinding 4x cash and 1x zoom and I'm not sure I like... dunno.
Nevertheless, I don't think I'll bother moving down or any of that bollocks from here. I can cover the swings financially and I'm reasonably confident I'm not losing at 10nlz. Will want at least 50BI to grind 25nlz comfortably as a day job probably although I admit if I get to 20BIs I might take shots and/or grind 25nl cash for the extra buffer.
wouldnt recommend 4tabling zoom, too little time to think too many misclicks timeouts, hell even 5tables regular and one of 888 kinda too much if playing a loose or focused game, think stick to 2-3 for zoom or 4-5 for regular and just try move up thats personally what im gonna hopefully try do.
as for bankroll management f*ck knows ive literally never stuck to any rules ive ever tried to make for that, always end up playing next stake soon as can sit and basically never move down just go bust.
i think if want money play pokerstars to like 50nl then go another site for higher stakes after that 100-500nl party or ipoker or something (id go ipoker if didnt random internet drop outs disconnections as ive casually looked the tables there more reg tables there 100 than on pokerstars, but cause do im scared playing higher than 50 at regular tables or zoom cause dont wanna disconnect deep randomly with 400-600bb stack or something in middle of pot with hand im likely winning, also like having more than 4 bet sizings on pokerstars with the hotkeys etc ipoker i dunno what software have get for that).
Pokerstars or PartyPoker or 888 probably best for 50 and below though oh and sky though i got no clue if games still run there but they were great few years ago, think 888 good too if trust getting money off on site and cool the deposit withdrawal fees.
notice names a migraine medication try not take them, fry brain.
as for migraine help no clue, i have chronic daily ones of varying intensities myself not fun, mind fog, cant enjoy music think straight process stuff just feel like ****** with them when bad bad.
but yh try get off that med if still on its probably shite longterm i stopped them ages ago mainly as did jackshit to help them anyways, now i mainly suffer and ignore occasionally if bad bad cant tolerate try knock it on head bit with codeine sudafed or whatever or ibruprofen but not too often cause as said i basically never get let up of migraines just intensity varies but the thing temple eye always there, and yh know that med bad too and often dont work either at all ha.
yh i dont have good advice migraines suck and drs know **** all bout em anyways just throw drugs at it willy nilly.
if your in it for longhaul poker can follow bankroll management omaha definitely 1000% has higher winrate ceilings theres utter madmen in them games and games get fun as table or you get deep.
just a thought if fancied it but you will swing and alot both ways though.
but the winrate ceiling is higher i honestly think by about 2-3x holdem winrates even, need patience though slower pace hand an hr also play 2-3 tables tops you need to think think every street and size things right as your multiway often.
it is a better game if rolled disciplined with bankroll management you dont really have bumhunt either in omaha gamblers like omaha there just there chilling.
i dunno what right bankroll management is for holdem but you probably want double for omaha whatever you use for holdem.
also if you like sweats and gambling cause your all in turn or pre and flops more you actually get the fun or sweating it (or not fun if your not a gambler, i am a gambler though so i like it and get why gamblers drawn to omaha it is more fun gets heart pumping them deep all in sweats multiway whether ahead or not its a sweat way more than holdem is, holdems just a long chug along chip away by comparison hard to get a sweat rush with it now unless put all your money on few tables lol)
